We had enjoyed our hot tub for several years as both an entertainment feature and a therapeutic treatment for sore muscles. Unfortunately we didnt keep up with the required maintenance last year and decided to not use it for the winter without properly winterizing it. Such a mistake! When we wanted to start it up again, it had burst a pipe (or two) and trashed one of the pumps. We called the repair division of the company that had sold us the tub and after their inspection were advised that it was not repairable our only solution was to buy a new one. Looking for a second opinion, we Googled hot tub repair and found J&J Service Tech Ltd. With a 4.8 out 5 stars review rating. After hearing our story, they assured me everything is fixable, gave me an estimate of the cost and the time required for a complete overhaul. Then they set out to do as they promised, fully restoring the tub with a new pump, a repair to the other pump, dozens of replaced jets, new pipes and couplings as required, thoroughly cleaning all the lines, educating me in the new chemical solutions all in less time than anticipated and right on budget. Virtually a new tub at a fraction of the cost of a new or even a refurbished tub. Both Jessy and Kyle were on site both are very professional and they deliver what they promise! It's just this simple. If there was ever a business in the city of Calgary that I would wholeheartedly give a 5 star rating to it's J&J service. I have been doing business with them for about 4 years now and they are so very good at their jobs. Kyle is an excellent and honest technician and Jesse has worked well with me in selecting, ordering, supplying and installing my new Hot Tub. If you need to buy an expensive item like a hot tub it is comforting to know a company with ethics and integrity like J&J Service has your back. Round 1- Great service with great prices! Really good communication, showed up on time and worked quickly, couldn't be happier with the service. Thanks!Round 2 - I had to call J&J back to repair the tub again... absolutely no fault from the first repair at all, just more issues were discovered. Basically put I had neglected the tub and not maintained it as per the owners manual. I thought I had winterized it well enough but I didn't. The freeze / thaw split one of the manifolds (had a 3/4 x 3" hole in it from the ice build up) as well as a diverter valve that was cracked.Most hot tub service companies are not all that great on round 1... J&J was 5 STAR. Second time around you think "they have to mess up at some point and rip me off". Second round was just as good as the first round if not even better. Kyle did a PERFECT job and really walked me through what I had done wrong... fully explained the repair process and went a step further than they had to.IF YOU HAVE ANY

Kyle and the rest of the J&J team are hands down the best sales and service team for hot tubs in Calgary. Every service performed has been timely, well priced, and explained in detail. The new cover J&J just installed is perfect!

We have been more than impressed with the guys at J and J. We have a brand new tub purchased by a retailer who had since gone out of business. When we discovered a leak J and J didn't even hesitate to offer us the best service even though we didn't but our tub from them. The staff is impressive in their knowledge and they ordered us the right parts and we couldn't be happier. THANK YOU. We are customers for life. We now buy all our products from them too.

Quite disappointed with their service. For charging 100 a visit, which given is cheaper than most, they made it a multi visit operation. Temporary fixes twice, and still not complete. I've almost given up on getting my tub repaired. Would not recommend to have them service your tub

I recently had Kyle from J & J Service Tech Ltd bring my twenty-year-old hot tub back from the dead. I was seriously considering having the hot tub removed and disposed of, but Kyle completely rejuvenated it. He replaced all of the electrical components, fixed multiple leaks, replaced plumbing and thoroughly cleaned everything. Following startup of the hot tub, Kyle gave me a spa school to make sure I fully understood how to use the hot tub and chemically treat the water. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional.I would highly recommend J & J Service Tech Ltd to anyone living in the Calgary area. I will definitely be using J & J for all my hot tub needs.

We bought a refurbished hot tub from J&J and they delivered, setup, taught us how to maintain it and provided all the information we needed. They also provided a 1-year warranty. So after a few months we realized that one of the jets seemed to be sucking vs pushing water. Jessy came out to look and quickly realized that it was simply that the jet wasn't turned on enough (boy did I feel dumb!). But they are great guys, very helpful (consistently go out of their way to help) and I highly highly recommend.

I have had a Hot Tub for the past 8 years. I must say that having Kyle from J&J Service take over the maintenance certainly has made my experience a lot more desirable. Trying to keep the chemicals at the proper levels and draining and filling the tub is a time consuming undertaking. So thank you Kyle for taking this task on, you are a great service person and I definitely recommend your company to anyone who enjoys the hot tub experience , but not the work.

I've been calling Kyle and Jessie regularly for the last two years since I was referred to them by another happy client. They provide fast and friendly service for my hot tub and pool table. They offer excellent advice, accurately diagnose issues, and only fix what requires service; they never upsell me. Prices are very reasonable. They are knowledgeable and happily educate me about my tub and regular care.
