This company has amazing customer service and prompt delivery. I had a couple of questions/concerns and the team always went above and beyond to sort things out for me. So impressed by the customer service. I accidentally received the wrong book and they sent me a rush order of a copy and allowed me digital access while I was waiting so I could continue studying. They were responsive and helpful! Thank you again!

Textbooks offer great information at high price.The biggest issue is that for practice exams, they are shut down over 48h before the exams begin. If you're paying $140 for a set of practice exams, they should remain open until the day before, at least.

Decent prices on textbooks for school. Don't get how you could run out of digital copies of a textbookb though. Must be that the number of license bought were sold out. Also, a recommendation in regards to the emond reader app, there should be a listening feature for these textbooks. Other textbook or reading pdf companies do it because it's better for students like me.

Do not buy the Ebook version of paperback books. The App is glitchy, and reading the pages are challenging. You cannot print more than 2500 words at a time and cannot highlight/add notes. Not refundable or exchangeable once the code is redeemed (even if not used more than once). I cannot buy the paperback version on top of the ebook since I am a poor student (and now a stressed student) :(

Terrible customer service!I bought a book online, and changed my mind and cancelled 2 days later. They sent me the book anyways (they said it had already shipped when I cancelled, but the tracking says differently).Now I am trying to return the book and have been ghosted for the past 2 weeks. Nobody bothers answering me back!
