Have to say randomly found this place bought smoked trout it taste so good and at reasonable price. They only take cash. Go with toast can't be wrong.

I'm old customer and I visit the store to get fish and what I so I'm never shop again in this place. Wen I entered the store the lady was unpacking boxes on the floor wearing gloves. She asked me what I want and I told her that I need sliced salmon so with her dirty gloves she touched the smoke salmon. I was in shock. I wander wats going on inside the processing plant

If you are in for the quality smoked fish products, this is the place in TO. I only wish they would accept cards, as I would buy way more of their product and I usually don’t cary too much cash. Some people question store’s appearance and their customer service skills. I never had any issues and I would rather enjoy their very reasonable prices than enjoy their refurbished store but end up paying more for their product.

Today I was at this place for the first time, just terrible service. The seller is rude and hates her customers. I wanted to buy caviar and fish with my husband, but we didn’t t see that payment was only in cash. I thought the seller would kick us out of the store because we took her time.It would be good for you to fix this, because the store is good with a good selection of products. But as long as this woman works there, I will not return there.

After purchasing fish filet that was rotten and smelled really bad, brought it back to the store to find meanest ladies with an old Soviet style attitude They even tried to argue and say that fish is actually good. Gentlemen quickly rashes to the cash register to get cash for me instead of exchanging for a fresh one, rudely saying that they don’t have any fresh fish. Not pleased with their service or attitude. Not going back there again.

1st timeLong waits. Good products. Fair prices. Cash only.Don’t go in expecting to be pampered. Be patient and know what you want without asking to many questions. Use the long line as an opportunity to figure out what you want, don’t be shy to talk to others waiting and see what they have ordered or recommend.

I've been coming to north fish for years. The products are really great, and prices are reasonable. There are usually at most 2 people working there, so if it gets busy lineups are huge. I only go during the day, so I never wait more than a few minutes. Expect soviet store customer service: ladies that act like you owe them something, and it's only cash but the fish is really good
