Aunt was there, a great place

I was a PSW student on the 2nd floor. My preceptor was amazing, her initials are( S.S.) She taught and guided me how to provide. The best quality of care for the residents. She also cares for the residents like they are her own family. The rest of the staff on the floor are hardworking aswell. l should mention my shift was evenings. The management are also very helpful . l was hired after my placement . l look forward of being part of the Chartwell Trilogy Team.Thanks again for making my placement pleasurable. I learned alot on 2nd floor.

My mom, Athena just recently joined the community. She's reluctant at first, but from what I see she is in excellent hands. The compassion from everyone puts my mind at ease. I'm so relieved to have her there. Thank you to all the staff for your kind, compassionate welcome.I'm adding a PS to my first review.At first I was impressed with everyone caring for my mom.Now I really see. When you walk the halls at Trilogy, you walk among living angles. The PSW's, nurses and all staff. Care isn't just an occupation with them, it's a passion. I'm forever grateful and from me and my family we wish you infinite Peace, Love and Prosperity.

The staff is great, they really go above and beyond for their clients! Most importantly my grandma really likes the staff and the accommodations!

Fantastic staff, great service, overall a great experience

I Came here to visit one of my friends parents and I did not know what to expect but I was impressed and I had to comment that all staff are warm and welcoming. I love the fact that it did not smell.

My brother with Down syndrome and Alzheimer’s lives on the 7th floor and has the most incredible staff working with him. He is safe and he is happy. I can finally relax.

My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the care provided to our uncle and cousin at Chartwell Trilogy. We are both health care professionals so we feel we are able to provide a credible review. Friendly caring staff in an organized and clean facility. Both our family members are complex care residents - one with Huntington's disease and the other with Parkinson's disease. What is most important to us is that they are integrated in all activities despite their limitations. The staff does an outstanding job ensuring they see each other regularly eventhough they are on different floors.Don't believe that ALL privately run LTC's provide poor care. Chartwell Trilogy us outstanding on so many levels!
