Worst burger we've ever eaten.Even worse with the price they set for their quality.Meat wasn't taste fresh for every burger order we've got.Lettuce also wasn't fresh, there are pinkish streaks on the lettuce.Didn't expect this quality for burgers above $10-$15 each (see the attached receipt picture)Fries were very short cuts shoestrings taste were oily and bit soggy.Didn't even bother to take the pic.Staff was quite nice.Regret to try this place, I wish I could get a refund.

I've heard alot of good things about this chain, so I finally gave it a try.Admittedly the food might be a bit pricey but the quality is very good. The milkshakes are genuine ice cream, the fries are hand cut and fresh, and the burgers while not massive, are still very rich and have some good flavour.I will definitely be coming back.

Cashier was nice and helpful, was my first time in any Vera so he walked me through the options.Place is clean and spacious, big window tons of light.Price for daily combination is good.Milk shake is old fashioned yummmmm.Is close to movie theater so nice option for meal and movie.

This is not eaten food. This was my Vera order. $60 bought be the smallest soggiest poutine, and 3 of the smallest chicken strips.Thanks Vera.Update. Received a call from the manager asking why I gave them a 1 star review. He believed that giving me a free burger for our crummy food earned him a better review.

Tasty burgers, good meat. The place is simple and very well attended. Creamy smoothies with good flavor (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry). The delivery time for an order for 4 was 10 minutes. Beers available too.

Service was very good, burgers were ok. I thought mine was a bit greasy compared to other times I have had it. Everyone else loved theirs so maybe it was just mine But overall it was decent.

Quick, efficient, and outstanding service!! Rather than upselling me on a poutine, the manager on duty said “it’s pretty big, if you’re not that hungry then you probably won’t be able to finish it!” I SO appreciated the honesty because the burger was huge, and I definitely wouldn’t have! Not to mention the burger was also absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!
