First and foremost, the staff is great, just the lack of payment flexibility, which in turn makes it very inconvenient.Where is the tap option at the till and pumps? Much smaller gas stations have had this option for years, why are you so slow to adapt to the new norm of 10 years ago?The pump card payment system always seems to be down or having issues. Going in to pay is kind of a pain when you are in a rush to move on with your day..I used to get 90% of my fuel from here, but now I don't stop for fuel at all because of the pumps. Feels like corporate doesn't seem to care much about this location which is sad. There isn't really anywhere else to go 24/7 on this side of town.

Pre-pay fuel pumps are sometimes a bit slow going through the options. Prices seem pretty good. Nice and bright inside. Attached restaurant. Good pitstop.

Nice spot not much for food unless u want to eat a Denny's mostly junk food only and deep fried food . Wifi like all Canadian flying j good to nonexistent . Staff is great. Parking is awesome . But it's a Canadian truck stop

Friendly staff, clean showers. Lots of parking. Was a bit scary at night, a few people walking around the parking lot looking in cars. But the police had come through the parking a few times throughout the night. This was the third one I've stayed at this week, and it is by far the cleanest and most lit up at night.

I bought a Bluetooth Headset which I tried on and realized it’s too bulky and heavy to wear all day. I went back to try and exchange it for a smaller one. I got told they will not exchange it for one that cost less than the one I am trying to exchange so the price has to be the same or higher. I offered to take the cheaper and smaller one I want and they can even keep the difference I just want a headset I can use and wear all day. They refused to do that for me. Terrible service and return/exchange policy. I understand not wanting to exchange for an item that’s worth less but not being able to exchange it for a cheaper where they can keep what ever the difference would be and still being refused is ridiculous!! Now I’m stuck with $220 headset I can’t even use.

great staff and food, however i am perplexed that the pay at pump has never or seems to never work. You have to come in prepay, go out and pump, come back in and stand in line a second time waiting for people buying food and other items. Subsequently i buy gas elsewhere.

Its dec 19th 2022 10 pm i asked for cheese pizza they said we need to make fresh for you but u need to buy two slices i was like ok u will buy 2 and this is what i got old pizza that no one bought tell if you guys think that slice is fresh

This place provides a great service. I've stayed in the parking lot a few times and paid back in kind with diesel and other goods. I wish they didn't cut off the electricity though as it was super useful to charge up my laptop.

This place is a decent place to get a nice shower and something to eat but they really need to do something about all these lazy drivers who won't park in the many open spaces or pay to park spots and block of the lanes and make it harder to navigate the parking lot. As I sit here there's 10 spots open I can see. Im parked in the last marked spot and they are 4 wide beside me this is getting ridiculous

I wonder why truck stops don't bring good food so they can make money off the truckers?. Most time they don't even have food ready. Some of those pizza and chicken wing got Old to the point you can't even chew. They charge too much as well.
