Max Nail

A little rough when filling nails and lots of glue on skin around nails and limited colors for polish and designes are never what I chose its always what they want to do same with color always they say this color is nice for you that's not good your the one paying and they make all the decisions. But they are nice people they have to be that's business if you want customers.

Great place. They were very kind and service was fast. Had a full set of acrylics in 30m. They looked amazing for the price. Will definitely be going again.

Amazing nails! Friendly staff and I recommend them highly! Clean environment. They wear masks plus plexi glass to protect you and them. Please also wear a mask as you are not only protecting yourself but others also!

They did a great job on my rather short natural nails. I got a french shellac done. The lady was very attentive to getting the white smile lines done clean and crisply.The hours of operation are posted wrong in Google. They open at 0930 during week days, not 0900.I rather enjoyed the action movie playing verses the news like a few other places I have been to in Ottawa. :)

Although the owners were friendly, the quality of my service was terrible. I called to ask if they can remove my powder dip and replace it with new. They said yes to removal and that they didnt have the dip powder but a different kind of powder that was technically the same thing i agreed i show up and the first thing she does is cut off all my nails and brings out fake nails i said thats not what i wanted and the male owner i spoke 2 on phone comes out and says that itold him i wanted full nails which is what this was . I said no i just wanted the color replaced , but at this point it was 2 late, my nails were chopped off. I was then cut by the drill and given a french manicure that was extremely thick and crooked. They left glue all over my fingers and charged my 50$ for my hands to look like my 12 year old neice did them. All so nothing remotley close to powder dip, i got gel nails. Very disappointed

They are great, very understanding, friendly and always find a way to make room for y'a.Nice relaxing environment so always an enjoyable experience.

I got acrylic nails done and they were fast with it although they nails are awful. They our way too much glue and it leaked down my fingers and they didn’t clean it up, they also put too much of the powder and my nails are bumpy, the shape and length is also not what I asked for and the nail painting it's self- is not surprisingly, bad.

Received a regular manicure and pedicure. If your looking for decent and quick service then look no further. However, the attention to detail at this salon is lacking.

I got the aryclic nail fill. The fill was great but they dont put a base coat on before the color and the color is super splotchy and air bubbles along with some thinner spots. The color is also not around my whole nail and they never put a top coat on. Just a legit fast process and rushed through it all. Wont be going back.

The husband and wife are so nice and Do a great job with their expertise. My pedicure has lasted for over a month and is still ok. My nails are now in need of a filling, but that is normal. The place is clean and they put awesome movies on during your stay there. The prices, you cannot go wrong with. Excellent customer service and pricesThank you, MAX Nails.
