CIBC Branch with ATM

So slow, bad customer service.Not recommended

I recieved help from Jovilyn Castro. Would highly recommend her to everyone! Super friendly and helpful. And helped me with all the questions I had!

They Don't give you answers as expected. No welcome, No formality.They just want to finish the work. Bad customer experience ever at CIBC. Plus including the manger, nobody is happy to serve you and just give brief idea about questions and they want us to do the online search when we need some help, they dont help you(May be they dnt have enough experience persons working). All in all, just go to some other location if you want your work to be done.

I am maintaining my account with this CIBC branch for almost 2 years now and never really had any complain except a few times it felt a bit understaffed as I tend to wait a bit longer when I have to deal with CSR counter facilities.But a couple of days back my overall good experience was completely thrown off by one of the CSRs at counter named Nicky". I have no complain against the bank or branch but this specific person who constantly harrassed us

We worked with Goldie Sharma as our mortgage advisor and he was amazing. He is very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. He was able to work with our tight schedule to help get the mortgage process completed on time. I would highly recommend him.

I don’t have any problems with this branch but had to write my review somewhere!Costco master cards have been nothing but ridiculous and broken since CIBC took them over! My mom got a new card, activated it and it wasn’t working so she had to waste an hour over the phone to figure out what’s wrong and they just ended up telling her there was a block on the account! That’s funny! It’s a new card and account that has just been activated! Why you don’t just say your system is broken and mistakenly blocked a NEW card?!That’s not all! My dad activated the auto payments for her Costco credit card. Got a call few weeks later that the balance is over due! So he explained that he has auto payment on. They apologised waived the fees and said the auto payment is working correctly now. Only for him to find out a month later it hasn’t been set up YET AGAIN! And they are not waiving the charges now! What a joke! Will definitely not be doing any business with this bank.

Twice received consultation and help in solving banking services. Malek Salim is a very good, friendly and competent employee. Conducts a constructive dialogue. Services were provided quickly and efficiently. An employee who knows his job perfectly. I will definitely contact you again.

Location seems to always be understaffed on teller side. Should have businesses line and at least 2 or 3 tellers so your patrons aren't waiting 10-20 minutes to be helped. When business line is closed it's even more ofa nightmare. Only getting 2 stars because the staff seem to handle it well.Management of a big bank branch should be better at staffing.

I came in with a difficult problem with money being taken out of my account. I explained the problem to Nicole who listened patiently and did what she could; when the situation called for more help she called in the manager, Naveed. He knew exactly what to do and both really helped me out this day. I was very pleased with their service.

I had the worst possible customer service experience with them. Specially with the guys MIZAN and ALORON. They were just so reluctant to help me out with getting a new credit card issued. Apart from that they didn't even guided how to use my debit card as well nor did they mentioned anymore that I need to get the pin generated at the atm. Had to waste 45mins time in transit just to generate pin for my debit. I surely don't recommend them as they are worst in the industry.
