Step Above In Roofing The 'Pro U want to know'
We had Sam do our roof last fall. First off he is an extremely nice and hard working guy. Very easy to talk to and deal with. He helped us pick out the shingle colour that would match our siding and bricks. He was able to finish our roof in the promised timeline and left no mess at all. I would easily recommend him to anybody that needs to get their roof done.

Sam is your guy for roofing. He's a one-man show, so if you can book him, do it! He was on time, on budget, and the roof looks great. He even gave me a suggestion on an inexpensive shingle upgrade that added only $250 or so to the overall project for a shingle that is so much better. I would use him again!

This review is long overdue...in the Fall of 2022 I contracted Sam as my roof started leaking (please note Sam and Step Above Im Roofing" did not install the original roof). Sam came over the same day that I contacted him at the exact time he said he would be there. He went up on the roof in the pouring rain to take pictures to explain to me why the roof was leaking. Although it was not the news I wanted to hear I required a new roof

I had a leaky roof so I googled roof repair near me and saw STEP ABOVE IN ROOFING had 5 star reviews so I called. I'm happy that I did. Sam came out and repaired the roof good as new. He is very hard working and meticulous in his craft. Very happy to have met him and would highly recommend him to anyone asking!

Step Above In Roofing The 'Pro U want to know'
Sam was very meticulous when he shingled our roof in 2017. He took the time to help us select the right colour to match the brick on our house. I like that he worked on one section at a time so that if it rained the other parts of the roof were still protected with the old shingles. Sam is friendly and hard working guy who makes sure you are happy with the finished product. He is also reasonably priced and uses good quality materials.

Sam is a very efficient roofer, he takes pride in the job and is very meticulous! He does a great job cleaning up the area afterwards. We had him do our house roof a couple of years ago and called him back this month to do our garage roof. His pricing is fair and reasonable. Thanks Sam.

Step Above In Roofing The 'Pro U want to know'
Step Above in Roofing and Sam were wonderful to deal with. I had a very minor repair I needed on my gutter and was having no luck with other companies returning my calls or following up. Sam came out and took a look and fixed the gutter all within a couple hours of me contacting him. He was knowledgeable and professional. I will be using him again in the future for my roofing needs.
