I have them clean my condo for the last few years and they always do an amazing job ..I will continue to use this company because I can trust them with my home

We booked this company to do our end of lease clean and agreed times and dates. On the day of moving ,I called in the morning to confirm and was told that they had a person who had called in sick and then after changing the quoted price for the second time they cancelled and hung up on me. Very professional and not at all interested in customer service. Don't use this company.

I would never hire Kathy's maids again. I rarely give bad ratings, but this is by far the worst service I have ever had.When the cleaners came in, they said it would be another $100 over the $325 estimate they gave me for a move out fee. This was for a 1 bedroom 550sqft. At this point I had moved all of my cleaning supplies out and I was forced to agree, but I told myself At this price it'll probably be the best move our clean I have ever had."Very wrong.When I came back 3h later

Great service! I have had Kathy's Maids clean my apartment a couple times over the last two years, and their service has never disappointed. They are detail-orientated, hard-working and punctual! Each time I was able to book within the week of needing their services.

***DANGER AND BEWARE: This business runs a BAIT AND SWITCH on new customers! ZERO STARS!I called this business to arrange a condo cleaning and was told that it would be $75 plus tax for 2 hours of cleaning. The appointment time was scheduled for 2 pm yesterday, but they arrived at 2:35 pm. When the three of them came in there was no introduction or apology for being so late which was a disappointing start.Upon inspection of the unit, one of the ladies (who I later learn is the owner Kathy) says this is a move out clean" and it will cost $350 plus tax. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The price had gone up over 4 TIMES what was quoted on the phone (Classic bait and switch)! I tell her that I didn't know there were different types of cleanings with different prices

Kathy’s maids has been cleaning my place for the last 5 years and they have always been a consistently good job of cleaning. trustworthy service and easy to book, Staff are super nice.
