The gentlemen at the shop fixed my badly cracked iPhone screen in an hour and gave me great advice about what was needed to protect it in the future while clearly not trying to give me a sales job. Such a lovely experience going to this shop. They are obviously knowledgeable but explained everything clearly and they stand behind their work. Wonderful service.

Absolutely amazing experience here. Mum needed a new battery port for her S10 Lite. They ordered the part for next day delivery and had it fixed in less than 24 hours, when other shops around the city had said it would take a week. So grateful. Such nice people too.

The sales clerk sold me a very low quality phone that has a battery that dies right away. Very little ram and expensive for what I got. I was sold a ZTE Z3363CA mobile phone that was worth $80 but sold to me for $155. Take your business elsewhere.

Got changed my screen on iPhone 11, they did their job really quick but after few days touch wasn't that responsive on my screen, maybe it was defective screen. I took it them asking if they can have a look. They checked rightaway and change my screen for free of charge. Good customer service. I totally recommend Cell Universe. Thanks guys!!

The Guy working there ordered a new battery right away and delivered it to me in no time. Super fast and friendly service, for a fair price. I will go back to Cell Universe with any further cell phone related repairs. I highly recommend them to any one for all types of cellular repairs.

Highly recommend this place. I cracked my screen and they replaced it same day, within 2 hours. Was so knowledgeable and friendly, he is the best person I've ever dealt with in electronics. I will go back for any future phone repair needs. Great experience.

So happy with the service I received here and end result. The battery of my phone was completely fried and needed to be replaced. The device handover was very easy and drop-in style / first come first serve. The rep was able to fix my phone within 1-1.5 hours and everything is now working perfectly again. Very fair pricing, friendly customer service and quick turn around / resolution time. I will totally use their service again in the future and highly recommend them to everyone out there!
