This place sucks.. the usual mucho burrito I go to always makes the food right but this location the employees rush you to hurry your order and don't listen when you tell them something. I asked for mild salsa 5 times and the employee kept adding pico instead, they put zero to no sauce when I asked for extra, the wrap was so soft it kept falling apart and not to mention the chips were clumped together and couldn't be chewed and the queso sauce was extremely chunky.. terrible customer service save your money or go to a different location.

You will be looted at this location. They are making their own policies and not following standardizations of mucho burrito. I have been to many of Mucho burrito locations but never found someone putting toppings with their hands and not using a standard spoon assigned for it. When i asked for some little extra rice, the lady cut down another topping saying that she considered extra rice as a one of my free topping. I asked for extra because she didn’t even put the first scoop as full. On the contrary, the lettuce that she added to my bowl wasn’t even a handful. Very disappointed.

The original owner of this location was actually Mexican. José poured his blood, sweat and tears building up this business. He even had his parents join him in the business at one point. The atmosphere theb was really vibrant and fun!I had not been there for quite some time and wanted to stop in. It seems to be under new ownership now and of course with a cha ge in ownership comes a change im culture. It is still ok here but not to the same heights that were established before.The Carne Asada steak meat was a little tough and the ingredients were not quite as plentiful as in some other locations. I still love that they have a drive thru.

sometimes the staff are not friendly and do not huve enough portions. we have gone to this place many times and today what ticked me off was they gave little portiions. then said sorry you have run out of your toppons so no corn. They need to show appreciatio for loyalty.

February 10 at 4:25 I ordered two burritos for my kids. The lady working was miserable and definitely hates her job. Between her bad attitude and the gross equipment that needs a proper clean, I’m convinced to never visit this location again.If you can, go to the sage hill location. They have amazing staff and exceptional standards and they’ve never disappointed.They may share a name but they are not the same.

A good choice for a weighty burrito! This mucho burrito has been a go-to spot of mine for some time now, and while it isn’t as great as it once was, it’s still a place I visit whenever I’m craving some Mexican food. The staff have been consistently great and friendly throughout the years. Prices have unfortunately gone up and the portions/quality of meat have gone down in my opinion. There isn’t as much meat in the burritos nowadays and they can sometimes be dry. Given the above average prices now, it is harder to recommend mucho to other people. The service and quick and the interior is always clean and comfortable. My main complaint is really just the increased prices and the drop in quality overall. Still worth eating here!

Always enjoyed eating here. Been my go to burrito restaurant for over 3 years...But recently the restaurant hired some new staff and appear undertrained. Burritos, bowls, quesadillas, nachos...had them all. Food is still tasty but their execution needs improvement. Burritos are my default menu item to order but since January 2021 I have had wet soggy burritos and sometimes cold. The staff gladly remade a new burrito for me whenever I had complaints about my first burrito’s wet soggy texture...however the same problem repeats in my remade burrito sometimes. Please do not use the Drive Thru when ordering any menu item that uses tortilla wraps as an ingredient. Physically enter the restaurant, be present, and watch your food as it is being prepared just so you don’t get any wrong ingredients in your food and to spot if your food gets severely overdressed with sauce.

We were well taken care of as the staff were great. Very patient with me with all the yummy choices. What a fantastic meal. They are really different. Lots of choices of things to put in your burrito. Also reasonable for 4 adults.

I have been to other locations of mucho burrito and they fill the bowl properly. But at this location they just don't fill the bowl with proper quantity. And if u ask them to fill it properly they just say no.

Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
I used to love mucho, but at this location, I didn’t get my desired toppings, i asked for extra salsa , employee hardly put 1/4 spoon, terrible customer service. I don’t recommend this place. Bad taste of mild salsa and stale chips.
