Purchased paint for a job from another Reno Depot. Needed another 5 gallons so I sent my driver to this location because it was on his way home. He took a picture of the original mix and stopped at the store. Not only did the employee manage to screw up the mix, he also changed the type of paint used. Because the job was far away I told the guys to go ahead and repaint with the new paint. I told my driver to pick up a second five gallon on his way home. He came back the following morning with the same brand and colour code, but a different base. When I spoke with the manager he basically called me a liar and said that my guy couldn’t have shown the pictures and must have brought a sample of the colour with him. Well done my friend, you just insured that this store will never see any of my business again, and that Home Depot will see much more of my business in the future.

They have a great collection of items but, unfortunately, there staff needs to be more attentive and customer oriented. Went there to buy a ball bearing for an air conditioner but was sent from one aisle to the other. No one took the ownership. Finally it was discovered that the don't have the item I was directed from one corner to the other. Nonetheless, they have a great stock of different products. On this visit I found the door locks very appealing.

The store is great but the getting there... Oh boy! Driving through Costco is a nightmare because of the traffic. Something needs to be done to fix this. This one single reason is enough for me to stay away from there as much as possible and head to Home Depot next door....

Came here to shop for painting supplies. I want to thank the young gentleman who helped us pick the right paint for our budget. He even explained to us that there are plenty of shade of white! He even mixed some blue in our paint to achieve the purest white free of charge! Thank you for your wonderful customer service!

It’s a good place to buy a lot of home goods but theCUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOOOOOO BAD the guys working there needs to learn how to respect the customer and talk to them nicely.

Very rude staff,They do racism with Indian people and they even don’t have some important stuff.I will say if anyone needs something they should go Home Depot which is also very near.

Good selection of hardware, tools and gardening supplies, but if you need multiple bags of any kind of gardening product (soil, manure, etc) - don't bother.They only keep a few bags at the front, and after asking multiple employees (including in the garden section) how to pick up the ones I had bought which were not available at the front, no one had a clue. They finally sent someone to pick my bags up for me and bring them to the front.This store needs a drive-through area for gardening bag pickups, like other stores do (a.g. the Reno on St Jacques).

Lot of choice but it's good to order on their website, at 1st then too keep the stuff. And they have little stuffs, not in their website.

Excellent customer service, the assistant manager Ms Youmanet was very helpful with my appliance purchase
