I really dislike services that are done by hour. I know it can be hard to give a final number before the work happens, howvere, with Simple Moes having a Promise Price really made me feel confident in my move

Very happy with my choice to choose Simple Moves as my movers, they went above and beyond during my move and when there was a small ding out of side table, they didn't hide it from me. They told me about it right away and even set someone out to fix it and you can't even see where it was damaged.

Simple Moves & Storage North Vancouver
This was a hard move for us since the move was for our mums house who has recently passed away, they were gentle and kind and when they say me in tears as they were moving stuff out they asked if I needed a moment before they finished moving everything. I said no, but as they finished they last of it each mover as they passed me on the way to leave they patted me on the shoulder. It was a silent but very much needed in that moment.

I lived in Vancouver and I was worried a big bulky truck wouldn't fit near my place. It was nice to hear Simple Moves has thought ahead and use multiple smaller trucks at no extra cost for a second truck. Rather as explained to me in cubic feet? so a certain amount of space whether 1 truck or 2

I have anxiety pretty bad and wanted to do the move myself, even though I can't physically do the lifting, my partner convince me to get a few quotes and when we were talking to Simple Moves I did't have any anxiety and the move was really easy for me. I wish they had other services outside of moving so I could use them all the time

the guys didn't complain once, not even when they were moving in pouring rain and wind chill. Got the job done quick and as clean as they could with the mud and dirt on the ground 😂 they laid out some extra floor protection to help keep my floors as clean as they could

I didn't stay for the move as I got called into work, but when I got home, they had gone, but what really stood out was that they had set up everything in the way my new condo called for and they even made my bed. Which after the day I had I was not looking forward to having to do any upacking. I order some take out and climbed into bed., Full service and going above and beyond

Had to move long distance to Kelowna and man I hate leaving the city let alone moving out of it so far. I was stressed to say the least. But had to move for work. Simple MOves made it so easy and stress free that the only stressful part was driving myself through the mountains.

I was worried about where the movers came from, I know some movers hire for the day and when I asked Simple Moves I was surprised to hear they do three different types of training with their movers and the movers actually work for Simple Moves. It showed during the move when they all showed up in uniform and new exactly what they were doing. Even if there had been a trainee I still would have been comfortable with them moving my stuff

The movers they sent worked so in sync with each other it was nice to see they actually knew each other and clearly worked together often. I asked if they had known each other before working for the comapny and they said they met when they started working for the company. One of them said he has been with the company for over a year. Really nice to hear it wasn't some drunk hired for the day
