They assigned me a lawyer that was a very good salesman to get us on board, when I reached out to then he told me I had a very strong case, he asked for $2500 up front after they received the certified funds and the other party sent in a defence, then we had a case that was not worth pursuing any more, to summarize not professional at all.

David van Leenen is by a long shot the best lawyer I have ever dealt with. He was passionate about our case and was honest in all dealings, including listing all potential outcomes and options. I am generally critical in all of my business dealings. I have to say, in this case, I was blown away by the efforts. Our case was one of precedence in Alberta. David pretty much single handedly was the reason that our outcome has been favorable thus far.
