These guys are great. I mainly dealt with Sean/Shawn but also Andrew. He helped me look into a crash replacement frame for my Scott mountain bike. He did a great job of giving me as much info as possible and even reached out to my local dealer for me to make things a lot easier. It's not the first time I've called Mica either.
