I have been going to Dr. Leo Cain's office since I was a very young girl and my experience has always been great. Leo and his staff are professional, personable, calm my nerves if needles are involved and have always made me feel welcomed. It's always great chatting and catching up with Brenda (reception) too. I would highly recommend Capital Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a new dentist. Congratulations on the new location Capital Dental Clinic! The place looks wonderful!

We are long time patients of Dr Cain and his practice and we are very pleased with their very professional, caring ,friendly approach. They are very good, always on time, and keep you informed of the work they are doing.Most importantly, they always make time for you. I have no hesitation in giving them the highest praise possible.

Neil and I have been clients of Dr. Leo Cain for years. We have always found him and his staff to be not only professional and friendly but make us feel welcome and interested in our lives. Our children are grown up now and have stayed with Dr. Cain as it's comforting to feel known. Now the grandkids are coming as well!

Great and friendly staff. Always gives a details on what they have to do. Dr Cain makes you feel at ease when doing a procedure. Have been a patient of Dr Cain for 27 years. Hope I never have to find a new dentist. The hygienist is friendly and makes you feel you are the most important person of her day!

One problem with direct billing and parking is not great. Everything else is beyond excellent

- This is a reflection of the individuals that are employed there.I have just moved to the city of fredericton and was attending a yoga class across the street at 6am and as the class was coming to an end I noticed that my car was being boot'ed for parking in a private parking lot (understandable)- The individuals that called to report my car were gathered together laughing at the matter. As humans we make mistakes and this was my firsts time parking in that lot instead of warning me or advising me to not park there again even if it is not within working hours - these individuals were eager to call my call to the tow company at 7 am and stand around and laugh while I paid the fee. - I am new to the city and definitely will not seek them as to be my dentistry due to there lack of professionalism/humanity outside their office.

I have been a patient of Leo Cain from the beginning of his practice in Fredericton. He and his staff are always caring, courteous, and professional. I feel like a valued person in their care not just a business patient. I highly recommend them.

Although I am a new patient, I found Dr. Leo Cain to be gentle, compassionate and understanding. Another great feature is that he takes the time to explain things to you. I will definitely continue with Capital Dental Clinic and Dr. Cain! All of his staff are awesome too!

Such a wonderful practice they established for themselves. The receptionist are very friendly and extremely helpful. They definitely try to work with you, to find the best times.The hygienist I’ve dealt with so far are all very delightful and make you feel comfortable. Plus they constantly check in with you to ensure you are doing okay.I have had Dr. Burns as my dentist and he is so good at what he does. He explains everything thoroughly and is very easy to understand. He also listens very well to issues that you have and does his best to correct them. I couldn’t recommend this office enough, everyone there has be so great!
