I came to this location after obtaining a nebulizer, and Lori was quick to help me find a mask. Because of her, I was able to use the machine that same day instead of looking around and waiting for one to ship/deliver, etc. Thank you Lori!

What good is the quality of service if they're not open during Service hours....should I take 3 hours off work just to conform to their hours of operation? Mon-Friday until 5pm! THAT'S IT! Imagine the mall were to close at 5pm every day! If you're selling a product or a service, perhaps you should be open when clients are available not when you feel like it!If you're so cocky as a seller then I take my business elsewhere! Any business that doesn't need to open on a Saturday or a Sunday is clearly way too busy to need my business! They obviously are making too much money....they won't miss me!

My husband seems to have multiple cpac equipment failures within next day to few weeks of receiving new one. Some times they blame on technician forgot a setup next time they say out of stock so need to rent then the new product again is faced with several setup issue .I need somewhere to complain and serve justice as it turned out that my spouse had high blood pressure issues due to this and other health impact as result if not a single fix to his personalized efficient setup on cpap equipment

The pros of my experience with Medigas:- Staff spoke to me professionally during every conversation I had with them.- I received a helpful explanation teaching me about my machine when I went to go pick it up today.- Staff was flexible with equipment pick-up times.- Staff was flexible and helpful when I needed to switch out mask sizes for a better fit.The cons of my experience with Medigas:- It took me 6 months to receive medical equipment and treatment, when I was initially quoted a 4-month wait-time when I first contacted Medigas. My condition is severe" (I'm quoting both my doctor and Medigas staff when I say that) and has arguably worsened in my long time without being treated. I have definitely suffered because of this lengthy wait-time.- Staff "forgot" about me for those 6 months (I'm only going by what Medigas staff told me

Not impressed with this service thus far.I brought my business to Medigas for a new CPAP machine and ongoing supplies. Initially, I was pleased with the service. My new CPAP machine seems a good product and the staff was helpful in helping my select it.In purchasing new masks and tubing, Medigas gets a failing grade. The first time I called and ordered a replacement mask and tubing, I received the wrong tube (I wanted a heated tube, I did not get one). In the interest of time, I decided to use the non-heated tube and then replace it next time around with the preferred heated tube.Six months later, I called to order a new mask and tube. I left a message and my call was not returned. I called back and made the order. As has been the pattern now, I received the wrong tube once again (this one didn't even fit my CPAP machine).Medigas, you're going to have to work harder to keep my business with you. There are plenty of other CPAP supply companies in town who I'm sure would be thankful for the opportunity to bill my insurance company hundreds of dollars for the simple task of ordering routine supplies.

Recently visited the Medigas store in Kitchener with my mom. My mom has oxygen and needs a lot of support. The staff at the store took the time to answer all the questions we had about the equipment. I'm so happy my mom was setup with Medigas.

They delivered air mattress for my Mom. It was full of bad bugs living inside the mattress for long time. We asked them for return or exchange now they won't come back because the mattress has bad bugs Wich they delivered themselves.The worst customer service I have seen.Please don't buy any used stuff from them.

I was very displeased with my last experience with MediGas (1-450 Belmont Avenue West) in Kitchener.My appointment was incorrectly booked (time and reason of visit).They cross-book clients with different staff so you can’t build a relationship with one person.(Some of) the staff were unprofessional, unprepared, insensitive, lacking empathy, and unsupportive.They misplaced some paperwork in my file, which could have been private, personal info. This displays unprofessionalism, lack of confidentiality, and disrespect towards the client.This is not a professional way to run a business that is classified as a health care organization. I was not pleased with my visit. I am also displeased by the way this business is run. I will be switching providers, and I do not recommend this place to others.
