Print City

I go to Print City almost daily for both work and personal printing. I also go to them for any fedex needs, binding or scanning. They are consistent, extremely fast, considerate and do an amazing job. Not only that - but their prices can't be beat. They are the friendliest people and always willing to help out which is why I will continue to go to them.

Although it took them so long to scan three pages, they didn’t know how to check the size of a file, and I think it was surprisingly expensive, they eventually got it done as I wanted. I told them that I needed them to scan them with the best quality, and they first scanned them with the default quality set on their machine, which is normally an average quality. Then, when I asked them for higher quality, they accused me for not telling them what I needed at the beginning. And they were all about money and showed it clearly! But, putting this all aside, interacting with some of those people wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Won’t go there again!

Print City was amazing. They printed my thesis in a mere matter of hours after I submitted the file, even when other places said they needed 24 - 48 hours to print. They were very professional, and the quality was great. John took the time to review which pages were colour and which would be black and white in order to avoid excess colour printing costs. I would recommend Print City in a heartbeat.

The staff is really helpful and the process was fast. I did print out, and photocopied some docs.

I ordered a job on a rush basis from Print City and they were fabulous. They checked with me to ensure they had the correct copy and were able to complete the job within hours. The final product looked fabulous and the pricing was very reasonable. I was not able to get to the store by closing time, so they waited for me. My printing was ready and package up for me to go. There are other printers closer to me, but I will go out of my way to have Print City do my printing work.

This place is not only a scam but they treat you like shlt as well, The person said im not your servant but its your job to keep customers happy and provide good service, This place needs to go bankrupt has to be gone ASAP when they overcharge with the attitude they have.If you are like me going near this place for visa application, ALWAYS print your documents at your local printer stay away from this peice of shlt scammersThey charge $5 per file which is ridiculously, dosent matter if you are printing 5 pages, if its not in the same file according to them they will charge you $5 PER FILE, lets just say 3 files it would be $15 dollars which is total scam,i had to pay $22 just for 20 pages simce it was urgent for visa applocation but so dont make the same mistake i madeSTAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND MENTAL HEALTH,Go to BC24 instead if nearby this place ( BC24 is very cheap and very friendly as well instead of this shlt)(BC24) They are located at2 Steeles Ave W, Thornhill, ON L4J 1A1hope this helped you save your self from this shlt place

The printing service was fast but too expensive if you change send file online for printing. First file cost min 5$, second 2$, third 1$. So charged me 9 for 9 pages.

Uninformed staff for a FedEx drop-off. I was shipping a package via FedEx to USA and had already filled in all custom forms online. Print city staff maintained it needs to be printed and labelled on the box (a 5$ charge) and its false (I have done it many times on FedEx online without prob.). So I took my package elsewhere
