We just had seven motorized blinds installed by Chang’s Drapery House and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Our condo is south/west facing that attracts a lot of sun exposure that can turn our unit into a sauna, even in the coldest winter days. Will suggested that black out blinds would solve our heat from the sun and block out the glare we receive from the water. He was right! When there is no sun exposure, the blinds are full up to maximize our view of the lake. The Installer, Gabe did an excellent installation of our blinds and took the time to explain their operation. We had a little the problem setting up the hub but that had me a bit frustrated until I received excellent support from the manufacturer’s tech support person, Antonio Bacichetti who stayed with me until all blinds were programmed with my Google Assistant. I will have no hesitation recommending Chang’s Drapery to my friends and fellow condo residents.P.S. Before I make a large purchase like this, I spend a lot of time accessing Google Reviews. I was considering another large blinds supplier but reading all the negative reviews they were quickly eliminated. It was the consistent positive reviews for Chang's Drapery that gave me comfort with my purchase.

We couldn't be happier with the zebra blinds and the curtains we purchased from this family-run company. The owner is clearly extremely resourceful and provided us with advice and options that best suited our budget and aesthetic requirements. The zebra blinds look sleek and stylish, and it's definitely easier to care for than conventional blinds which end up dusty no matter how often you clean them. The curtains are great as well - perfect fabric texture and colors for the rooms we chose, and the installers were experts. No extra holes in the walls, perfectly centered! You won't find better prices on the market either. We would recommend this company to anyone with confidence.

This is the second time we got drapery from Changs, and I'll keep coming back because of their expert advice, fantastic customer service, high quality products, timely installation, and reasonable prices. For our downtown condo, Jenny recommended a thick, cotton-based lining to mute noise and keep out the cold from the floor to ceiling windows. They worked like a charm! For our house in Scarborough, we opted for simple but elegant curtains and sheers on the main floor. Jenny helped us pick the material and we love it! Will came out to do the measurements and provided great advice on the style that would work the best with the space. Joseph handled payments and was a pleasure to interact with. Overall, very pleased with the whole experience, and very thankful to the team at Changs!

Couldn't be happier with our blinds. We went to numerous different places (including blinds to go) to get quotes and styles and Changs Drapery House was by far the best choice. Measurements were spot on and installation was quick and efficient. We love our blinds and have had no issues. Highly recommend Changs for anyone looking to get new blinds.

Amazing customer service and meticulous workmanship. My fiancé and I are so thrilled about how our curtains and blinds turned out! Having moved into an older house with extremely mismatched drapery, it was daunting trying to think about what a refresh would entail - but we couldn’t believe how easy the team at Changs Drapery made the process for us. Not only do they excel at their craft, they somehow figured out what we wanted even before we could articulate it. The light filtering all around the house is exactly how we wanted it with the zebra blinds that were recommended. I love how the sheer curtain now frames our large window, which gives us the option of keeping our living space light and airy when the three-part heavy blinds are not drawn. Our fussy expectations of flexibility were certainly exceeded, and our house feels transformed. Thank you especially to Joe who went to great lengths to make sure we were well taken care of! They were prompt in their response and excellent in their expert solutions. We were so impressed with their service that we ended up getting all of our window coverings from them. The quality of curtains and blinds are very nice but one drawback for me was that they recommended me to do be consistent with the blackout blinds throughout the house because it would give the luxurious look from the uniformity and also save money by keeping the right temperature. However this resulted me to have lights on all the times in some areas of house where I used to get lots of natural lights in (i.e. kitchen, washroom,living room - it’s always dark unless I roll it all the way up which is very incovenient) It is kind of my fault that I didn’t foresee that in advance but it was my first time getting blinds done in rush and it would have been nice if the professional could have advised me on that instead of recommending to have everything in blackout. So my biggest regret on that until now but something I need to live with since it’s too expensive for me to get replaced. I would always recommend people to not go with blackouts other than the bedroom or theatre room…if they want to get bright natural lights in house.
