I had been rear-ended recently and needed the car towed. Cole arrived on scene and explained the process to me. This was my first major collision. He was quite professional as he loaded my car onto his tow truck. The other driver had a dog with him and Cole had been kind enough to give the dog water as well as we all stood out in the heat. Cole drove me to the auto collision reporting centre in Mississauga. Afterwards he took myself and vehicle to an auto body place and made sure I was set up with a rental so that I could drive home to London.

I got rear ended on the 401 just outside Milton. Great service and very rapid response. Cole provided excellent service and was a big help throughout the process.

I was stranded on a road in the middle of nowhere in Milton today and I have never had to find a tow for myself. I called Skyway Towing in Milton and Sam came and picked up my van and drove us to the garage. It had been a very difficult day and I really couldn’t take much more. Then Sam showed up. He was like a breath of fresh air! He was so kind, so patient, and incredibly helpful. The rest of the experience went by so smoothly! I strongly recommend Skyway Towing! Thank you for being so kind to a stranded driver in the middle of nowhere.

Dave was a true gentleman. Professional appearance, caring and compassionate. I’m a heart attack survivor and a stroke victim who had locked his keys in his car in a parking lot across from Hamilton General Hospital. He not only didn’t charge me, but he prevented my girlfriend driving all the way from Mississauga with my spare key. And shout out to his buddy Kieth for setting everything up. My F350 was stolen out of my driveway at 11:42Pm Tuesday July 20/21 and I thought I would never see it again but to my surprise at 2:20 pm Wednesday July 21/21 I received the call from Hamilton Police that they had recovered my truck. My Daughter called Skyway towing and requested a flatbed while I dealt with the Police and shock of the condition of my truck. The tow truck arrived promptly and the driver Marco was the nicest and most polite person to deal with. At a time of despair of what had transpired it was very refreshing to be served by a caring company and driver. Marco took great care loading and transporting my truck that is a very large truck to handle but he did it with grace and professionalism from start to finish. Terrible experience. I left my car for minor repairs and a safety as I purchased a used vehicle. They decided since it had no plate in behind an automotive shop and they had a truck to tow it. They hide behind some kind of statement it was sitting there without plates and we are instructed by the owner of the complex to do so with no proof. They are simply money hungry and give tow truck operators a bad name. Simple tow also less than a few blocks $195 and oops $60 storage. Nice work guys not

Our car's battery died at a stop sign in the most crowded intersection in the town, Cole spotted us and helped tow us out of the way and to a safe spot. Very kind and very respectful, wish them the best.

Got into a big accident on the 401 and Cole showed up right away. I was shaken by the accident and he was kind enough to sit with me and talk my nerves down. He explained the step by step process, very straight forward which helped me get calm and collected. Cole is a great guy, very glad he showed. Highly recommend this company, they really simplified everything and were extremely friendly.

My car was recovered by Halton Police, towed by Skyway Towing and stored at this location. I called to inquire about it and Devon received the call, provided detailed information. When I arrived at this location, I noticed this is a very nice safe and secure storage compound, because you have to go through the security system implemented at the main entrance in order to get access to this facility.After my visit, I had to leave and come back another day, while I was leaving, it was cold and mix of rain, snow and icy road conditions. Devon has completed his office hours and he told me that on my way back home, I don't have to walk in this weather, he offered ride in his tow truck and dropped me at the bus stop.Devon extended full respect and provided excellent customer service, he is knowledgeable and he was very kind, professional, humble, polite and courteous. Thanks Devon.The following day Devon made the arrangements and my car was towed by Cole, to my desired location. Cole provided excellent towing service, same like Devon, he was very kind, professional, polite, humble, courteous and respectful, all the way to my destination. After a terrible accident, Sam at Skyway Towing went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service. Dealing with insurance was a lengthy process and Skyway was very understanding, even waiving the fees I had to pay out of pocket.
