If you are intimidated by or feel uncomfortable in yoga studios this very unusual experience is for you. I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for over 10 years and this was a first of its kind. Taking place in a cozy basement studio and lead by Rebekah this was definitely a class i would recommend for a less intimidating but still thorough session. I enjoyed an evening practice in a dimly lit studio where Rebekah helped the participants to unwind for the past and align for the future.
