Cherry helped us choose paintings and furniture for our living room and she was just awesome! She knew exactly what look and theme we were going for and she has great taste. We were done and selected our things in half an hour! She is a wonderful sales consultant and she is very kind.

Customer service was good at Markham location. I visited 3 times, staff members were given detailed and honest information about the products. Finally Danielle and her supervisor helped to get the warranty, explained it well. Overall good experience. Will be back for other products also. Maggie

Superior customer service from Adam at the Brick Markham location! We purchased a warranty for our sofa and we were so glad that we did! Adam was very knowledgeable, polite and professional through this whole process. He managed the appointments and visits from the technician and followed up all the way through with us. Adam made everything so easy. He then arranged for the replacement, the delivery and the new item to be be put in place and the other removed. He called regularly with step by step instructions on what to expect. Thank you so much Adam.

Came in yesterday because I had a warranty issue with my fridge. I was greeted by an employee in customer service with little to no wait. Aruran was really helpful and helped me find a solution to my refrigerator door hinge issue. He was very understanding of it and made sure that I was able to get the information I needed to get it fixed. Felt very satisfied after leaving the store. Would recommend visiting this location.

I purchased queen matters and the ADJ Base.I had problem with a ADJ Base. I am very happy because customer service Name Mr. Steve He is an excellent helpful, nice. I really appreciate his services. Thank you so much Steve all your help. I highly recommend. Brick is lucky to have him.

I'm having the worst customer service experience at this location. No one picks up the phone when you call the store, and they are not responding to emails either. I have been buying my furniture and appliances from the brick for the last 15+ years for my house and my investment properties.I bought a sofa set back in Oct 2021 and was delivered 3 months later as it was during covid and was a special order. But just over a year later, I had to put in a warranty claim. Both of my sofas had major rips, and the original fabric colour was fading. Surprisingly, it was approved for repairs only and not for re-selections. These sofas are discontinued, so the parts had to be ordered, and I was told that it would take up to 2 months to arrive. So I had no choice but to live with torn sofas for 2 months.In between, I followed up a couple of times with this store if parts had arrived, but they didn't. Now, 2 months later, I called the store again to follow up, and I was told that parts may not arrive anytime soon or if there was no status on arrival, and they gave me the option of instore credit of not even 40% value of what I paid!! RIDICULOUS OFFER, which I found to be very disrespectful. I'm not sure where they came up with this offer! First, they made me wait, knowing that my parts may take up to 2 months to arrive and I had to live with ripped sofas. And now this stupid offer. (And these rips are getting bigger and bigger!! )These sofas look so bad after 14 months of use that no wonder they are discontinued. The store should have offered me re-selections when they found out that parts would take that long to come so I don't have to suffer. Anyway, I declined the offer and asked if the store manager *Terry* would look into this matter and call me. It will be a week tomorrow, and I'm yet to hear from Terry or anyone.I called the store a few times, but no one picked up. I emailed the store, and there was no response from anyone. I'm not sure what to do at this point anymore. I would visit the store but I may not find the store manager there and it will all just be a waste of time. The worst store and worst service!!! They don't care about the customer and value their business.

Our whole experience began last week when my boyfriend and I were looking for a dining room set. We were immediately greeted upon arrival by Anupam who promptly informed us of the current sales / deals. We did find a set we loved and Anupam was more than accommodating. We purchased the day of and picked up about a week later. Anupam was there through the entire process taking care of us. He over exceeded our expectations regarding the deal and service. We would highly recommend anybody going to this location of the Brick to seek out Anupam for his service.
