Oxford Mobility

We live in Vancouver BC and we just bought our 1st brand new braunability van from Oxford Mobility over the phone and a few emails.Paul H was amazing and willing to work with us throughout the whole process. We can't thank him and his team enough for all they did for us inorder to get us this van. We had it shipped to Vancouver after we made the purchase sight unseen. We are super happy and forever grateful for making the call to Oxfrod Mobility and having Paul answer. This is a MUST visit dealership if you are in need a Mobility Assistant Van.

Not sure why they even have a mobility dealership. The salesperson is lacking in any sort of care for customers who aren't commercial clients. The don't meet promised deadlines when asked to provide pricing. After waiting weeks, you'll be told they don't offer any sort of financing on conversion only sales, even though they were told financing would be required and said it won't be a problem".Beware too

I recently purchased a vehicle from Oxford Mobility and I have never experienced exceptional service like the experience I had with Oxford. The Salesman was Michael Blow and he went above and beyond to ensure I got the wheelchair accessible van . I live in Sarnia and was having a difficult time getting to the dealership in London and without asking Michael offered to bring the van to me. The pricing was very acceptable. I put a deposit and when I had a bank draft Michael brought the van back to me, we switched plates, signed a few papers, went over some details of the van and that was it the van was mine. The trade in value of my car was very fair. I would most definitely recommend Oxford Mobility to friends, family and strangers and if they are fortunate enough to get Michael as the Salesperson I’m not sure they could not do any better. I would guess that all the sales staff there are equally caring.
