Chris is a technician who is nice and helpful, and he knows how to use the equipment by touch. He took care of the boiler repair very quickly, which made me very happy. My dog didn't seem to notice that he was a stranger in the house. Chris gave us a lot of extra advice, which was a nice bonus.
