Faucet Mart was fantastic. The toilet I needed is a bit of a specialty one and the original delivery date wouldn’t work with my installer. So they performed scheduling magic and got the delivery done the same day!! It was fantastic and friendly service. Driver and sales person were both amazing and kept me appraised along the way. Definitely will use Faucet Mart again!!

Baffling service. My order was supposed to be delivered on May 12th, but I hadn't received any shipping notification so I followed up by email, no response. Reached out through chat only to be informed that it may ship out at the end of May. The service rep then continued to try to upsell me to items that were twice the price of what I purchased. Informing me that the faucet I originally bought 'wasn't suitable for everyday use anyways'. Funny, nowhere on their site does it say that some of their products are such poor quality they can't be used regularily. Seriously unbelievable, I canceled my order, and found an alternative through another supplier. I would seriously consider purchasing elsewhere. Not only was I not going to receive an update on my shipping timeframe, or follow up of any kind, but they are willing to trash the quality of some of their products to try to upsell you into spending more money.

Had a good experience shopping from them good quality products. We got an after sale issue to deal with and Faucetmart helped in a timely maneer and to our satisfaction. I recomemend them kindly as our overall exprerince was great.

Horrible. Been trying to reach out for 2 weeks by phone, email, Facebook messenger and just received note this morning that my order had been canceled following technical difficulties.
