Since my first visit in 2016 and my most recent visit this month, it is abundantly clear that Pam very much cares about the customer. She listens to the customer, goes out of her way to accommodate the customer, and makes sure the customer received what the customer paid for. If only all businesses were like Salon Vivah and if every business owner was like Pam.

I have been going here for the past few years, and Parm always does a great job on my hair! She just did a full head of highlights, cut, and style, along with threading/waxing, and I've already had so many compliments. Parm is very fair with her pricing, professional, and friendly. I enjoy my visits with her, and love the quality of her work. Highly recommend! :-)

I’ve been going to Pam for years and she’s always done a great job with my hair. She remembers exactly how to cut it and is consistently amazing. She’s cut my hair, styled it for an event, and coloured it. Each time I’ve gone to her, I’ve been more than happy with the results. She’s kind, hard-working, accommodating, and an absolute professional.

I have been getting my hair cut and dyed (purple highlights, my goodness does she ever make it look amazing) by Pam for about 5 years now. I have suuuper long, fine hair and I don't trust anyone else with it! I moved to Burnaby 4 years ago and I still make the drive out to get my hair done and eyebrows threaded by her! Her pricing is great, she is so nice and her work is unmatched. GO SEE HER, you won't regret it!!!

Pam has been styling/dying my hair and brows for years now. I return to her for service time and time again. She always fits me into her schedule often on short notice and really does a fabulous job. She listens to understand my wants and always delivers. She encouraged &helped me to go natural grey during covid even though it meant less $$ for her and continues to style n cut my grey hair. Thanks Pam!

My sister introduced me to Pam while I was in town, and I had gotten my hair cut by her. She’s attentive, and is able to understand and execute exactly what I want. I fly in from Calgary to get my hair done by Pam, so that that should tell you how great she is!
