Sherla is a kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable massage therapist. Her healing hands greatly improved my symptoms after surgery. I would highly recommend Sherla!

Both Shaniece and Sherla are great at what they do and take their time to find out if there are any areas that need special attention. Shaniece has been working with me for TMJ massages and although I've only gone to her twice I feel so much relief! She explains everything as I get the massage and even researched/ explained exercises I can do that will help with the pain. I've seen Sherla for Massage therapy and soon lymphatic drainage massage. I have inflammation I made her aware of so she really focused on those areas, did some cupping and got me ice for very inflammed areas. I am have made several more appointments with them already and can't wait to go back. As a bonus they deal directly with the health insurance company!

I've looked everywhere for a place who uses aromatherapy and have finally found a place with so much more. They're knowledgeable, supportive and treat their clients. My therapist works with me on my issue to the fullest and my treatment is an amazing massage with exercises to continue healing while at home. I would highly recommend this place as one of a kind. I found In2itive via a Google search. After reading the reviews and checking the website for services I decided to go ahead and book a TMJ massage with Sherla.When I walked in I was greeted well and the environment had a nice relaxing smell.Sherla asked about my concerns and I inquired more about the TMJ massage as I had never had one before but felt it would be a good fit based on my concerns. I have had many massages and get massages at least once a month to every 2-3 months.The massage started off well however, as it continued it felt as though there was no actual technique to her style. To make matters worse during my treatment Sherla received a call and shared she needed to take it. When I realized it was a call from someone inquiring to book an appointment I feel this was very inappropriate to take especially since she was in the middle of my treatment. During that call she held her phone with one hand and it felt as though she was not as attentive to my treatment. It als completely disrupted my relaxation.For me I will not go back. I gave 3 stars one for the ambiance, greeting, and that parking is validated.

As I entered the establishment for the first time, I had an anxiety attack. Sherla intuitively knew what to do and successfully calmed my anxiety. It is clear she has a genuine care for people. She asked me questions at the beginning of the session so she could target my areas of concern. Her massage service is excellent as I was so relaxed I fell asleep. If you are looking for a caring, skilled RMT, I recommend Sherla.

Shaniece had an excellent technique that helped release the tension in my muscles. She was also very friendly, welcoming and had such a warm personality.

I’ve been going to Sherla for years. She is always top notch. Does a great job, is personable friendly and her scheduling app is super easy. I’m very pleased with all the service. I will keep going back and recommend her to everyone.

Sherla is the best!!!! I had the first massage here in December and it’s the best one I’ve ever had, no cap!! Very relaxing and refreshing. Sherla is kind, friendly, and professional, def will book more with her!
