If you do not want to leave the hotel and dont mind the premium attached to it... Its a good. Place for a quick bite to eat food is decent and made to order

Over priced and not good. I had a plate of salad for $14 dollars and a pizza that had a horrific after taste. The kitchen is clean... but it was very disappointing. Basically hospital food.

For the substandard quality of food, the $30.00 cost was disturbingly expensive for a buffet breakfast. It doesn't even cost that much in a restaurant with full service and freshly prepared meals.

Service is extremely slow like a train wreck. Small menu that takes very long to be served at their counter. The cook made 1 order at a time for guests. Ours took 25 minutes to get it plus 15 minutes of time wasted waiting on our turn to place our order with only 1 couple ahead of us standing around waiting as well. DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING GOOD ANYTHING.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Very clearly asked for 1 coffee and was charged for and received 2 coffees. When I let them know they made a mistake, they said they are unable to process the refund and only their manager could do so. Manager arrives after about 8 minutes only to say he can't process the refund because it already went through the debit machine. When I asked for a refund via cash he said that wasn't possible either. Very confusing and irritating practices here. As a last resort, I was obligated to buy something else for the price of the extra coffee. He didn't even bother to apologize, although his 2 staff did. This place is a scam in trying to steal people's money!!

Outrageous prices and NOT open 24 hours! Open until 10pm. I'm not sure who updated this info, but it shouldn't have been done.

Crowded and messy. By far the worst hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. It feels more like a high school cafeteria. Only there were no trays available or forks(they had run out) so I juggled my purchases past the cashier and ate my favourite omelette with a spoon.

Wow was not happy about my chicken fingers they were dry over done for 18.99 not worth it I ask my money back because I could eat it they said no refundPlus I waited 25 min in line and another 15 min to cook next time going to swish chalet

Don't go here if you are gluten free or vegan they don't have much for you option wise and you will be better served spending your money elsewhere. My spouse and daughter had gotten gluten free muffins which were stale to the point of being rock hard and then the staff tried to switch it for still frozen muffins. The staff were apologetic but did not do much to rectify the situation otherwise. They are obviously more concerned with lining their pockets than customer service. The manager came over while I was taking pictures, and raised some concern, said we never gave them a chance to fix things and offering further empty apologies and platitude.

Absolute joke. The prices are unbelievable. I get it, your a downtown Toronto hotel restaurant but Jesus H. It would cost my wife and I plus our kids who are 3 and 3 over $100 for breakfast?! That’s insane
