If I could give more than five stars I would ! This place is amazing ! They are extremely kind and patient. They did a wonderful job shaving our 2 babies and clipping their nails !I absolutely love the fact that they don’t sedate your pet, it’s also great that they insist you be there !!Would highly recommend! I get my cat her haircut here twice a year and I’m always happy with the results.The prices are competitive and fair.The staff is extremely friendly.My cat is so comfortable with the staff ,I was actually quite surprised because she doesn’t usually get along with anybody.

She did such a great job! It was quick and efficient, although my cat was very sensitive around the tail they still managed to give her a perfect lion cut. She also made sure to ask about the details of how I want her cut (whether to shave the tail, how I want her collar, etc.). Will definitely come back!

Extremely satisfied with the service I got.The staff is friendly, caring and professional.Was my cat first time getting groomed (and leaving the house) and he got comfortable around the staff right away!You can tell they love cats and their job.Unfortunately my cat did a little nervous poop on the way, the staff cleaned him and his carrier free of charge. ❤️Price is fair and totally worth it.Thank you Felinus.

My cat is not the easiest when being shaved .. he gets aggressive, hisses and wants to scratch! I have had bad experiences at other groomers starting shaving and then letting him go halfway.. looking so ugly at the end .. but at Felinus, the staff were very friendly from the beginning .. I told them about the previous experiences and regardless, they welcomed us .. they found tricks to distract his attention and managed to have him shaved .. results are very good .. best so far ! Would definitely recommend them ..

I went for my cat's butt area trimming service. It was my cat's first time. I was scared becoz she is scared of trimmers and gets anxious.But they took care of her very professionally and gently and the service was done.Amazing experts...

My cat Pippin was a stray with a bunch matted fur so we took him to Felinus to get him completely shaved. He was very scared and hissed and ran away (my fault for not having a carrier with a removable top) from the staff but they were very understanding and able to calm him down. They had to put a cone on him or else he was going to bite but they handled him with love and care :) I am very grateful for their professionalism, and expertise. Anne-Marie has many years of experience with cats and you can really tell. Will 100% be coming back to them for our cat grooming needs. Thank you so much!
