Hadi and the staff at Home Care by Doctors were incredible. From the moment I called, to the first meeting with a caregiver, Hadi was responsive and available for all of my questions. Even with the challenges of COVID, Hadi was able to organize not 1, but 3 caregivers for my elderly parent. I was also a bit of a difficult client because the hours I needed were not conventional or very convenient. Home Care by Doctors did everything to accommodate me and my elderly parent. They were professional, empathetic, and gracious every step of the way. I would recommend Home Care by Doctors to everyone who worries about their elderly family member. Using this service has allowed me to worry less, and spend quality time with the ones I love.

We have parents who are in transition from independence to requiring more care. This has been a difficult time. Navigating their needs with what is available is difficult and emotionally taxing. I reached out to Home Care by Doctors on behalf of my aging parents. One was going to be having surgery. Hadi was very quick to respond and set up a meeting with myself and my parents. They appreciated his approach and information. He was very quick to provide info to our questions and was ready to set up assistance.At this time, they are still considering whether they want assistance but Home Care by Doctors will be their choice if and when they decide to accept help.
