Bought a Dodge Challenger RT from Matt Rothery here at Abbotsford Dodge in November. The service was top notch. I appreciated the attention to detail and the willingness to work with the customer, not just get another car out the door, like I’ve found many dealerships do. The car was a great deal, in great shape and everything I wanted in this type of car. I did find a couple things weren’t working up to standard after taking it home but again, Matt made everything right once it was brought to his attention. I’ll definitely do more business with Matt and company when it comes to purchasing another vehicle. Special thanks to Jesse who was also a big help when Matt wasn’t available. I’m very impressed with Abbotsford Dodge and their staff! Highly recommend them!

Very unimpressed with the dealership service. At first they couldn't find my keys. The service rep charged me incorrectly. Originally when I was charged for a dodge gas engine oil change hourly rate instead of the echo diesel. The service rep explained all the extra inspection that are made on the diesel to justify the cost. Unfortunately no report was available for review. I pulled out of the service center, decided to turn back the question the invoice, only then to be notified of the long list of recommendations in which a written copy was not available for review or records. Seems shady to expect full payment on a service that was only half completed. No report on recommendations, no preliminary quotes.I had a special request when booking appointment to review the 2 recalls. No information was available for the next step other than stay tuned.To top it off, the technician spilled DEF fluid all down the side of my truck.Very poor experience.
