Really nice workers, the rooms are very large, bed is very large as well. Washrooms are clean and same with the kitchenettes. Appliances are very useable, TV is clear. Wifi is very good as well. Loved my stay, and hope to stay again sometime soon.

Unfortunately while I was at this motel my car got broken into and some cash and change were stolen. However, the people at the front desk were very apologetic and nice about it. The man apologized profusely and gave me a refund along with a free night stay if I ever wanted to come back. The rooms were small, but livable. I only ended up staying one night due to my car being broken into, but it is a nice cheap place to stay if you're not going to spend your entire trip at the motel.

This place was awful. The rooms have BED BUGS. Me and my family seen 2 on the couch in our room. After calling the front office they wouldn't change our room and in the morning the woman who claimed she was the manager made me feel as if my family brought them there!! I was very offended by the attitude I received. The rooms are very plain old tube tv's and no hangers and bad water pressure vThe food in the restaurant is very basic and plain. The staff were rude. The rooms smelled of stale cigarettes, the heater was broken the blind for the window was broken. The maid service was slow and they wouldn't give me extra towels. The towel rack fell off the wall, ceiling paint was chipping and the multi color door was broken. The maintenance man didn't know how to fix the heater so I was given a small electric one. My son had to help him with the blind. Don't waste your money just to bring home bed bugs

I stayed in a one bedroom suite. Room contained a TV, free wifi, a desk, table queen sized bed and bathroom with a shower, but no bathtub. Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided and packed for me to pick up. Housekeeping done once every 2 days. Comfortable living space. Adjustable thermostat. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes, however. Very good 24 hour service if in need of assistance.

My stay here was terrible. Let me just say they treat the people who are coming from the welcome centre like complete trash. They have kicked out multiple people for some very good reasons and then some very stupid ones. I was almost kicked out because my two year old son was playing with his dinky cars in the room. And the lady below me who was a paying customer complained about the noise. They specifically told me they treat the paying customers better because they want a good review online. So they are more than willing to kick out homeless families for smallComplaints about noise during the day! Three families were removed for complaining about bed bugs!!! Disgusting. I was always in fear of getting kicked out. The food they make now makes u sick multiple people I have asked who were staying there all said the food makes them very sick for days. My son got al sick I had to take him to the doctors. My doctor said if his diarrhea doesn’t go away in three days then to take him to the hospital so he can get fluids in him because he refused to eat for a whole week! And he refused to drink. I had to force feed my son that’s how sick he was and he’s anemic which makes it even harder. He lost weight and he refused to eat their food again. Which forced me to pay 40$ a day to buy breakfast, lunch and dinner elsewhere. Smh. The cleaning ladies only thoroughly clean the rooms for people who are paying to stay there. The people who are coming from TWC valet get blankets and sheets changed. I had the same sheet on my bed with very visible dirt stains from the sheet dragging against the dirty tile for over a month. The floors aren’t cleaned with any disinfectant. It’s literally just water as it’s a steamer. The bathrooms are so disgusting mould is in every crease in the bathroom tile and around the sink and the mirror. The staff is very rude there is a small amount of people who are very very nice and actually care. The one white man who works in the kitchen who’s not heavy set yelled at my two year old son (just turned two after we got there) because he slammed the door. Literally got to my two year olds eye level and yelled at him in his face. There is druggies all over this motel. They don’t care they keep letting them back in to use their drugs around children. A women OD in the bathroom when I first got there below me. A guy got robbed at gun point ( so I heard from the police who banged on the door at 12-1am asking if I knew anything about the robbery) across the motel. This place charges way to much for what I have to deal with. They do not need to be afflicted with TWC they don’t even treat the families properly. The way this city has been changed when it comes to rent increase more people will become homeless in search of somewhere to go and the way they treat you here it’s devastating. You should never have to deal with the magnitude of things I had to deal with from this motel in the predicament I was in. I was told I couldn’t have my own children’s father comes by and help bring down two kids and a buggy with a diaper bag down a flight of steps. Nor could my cousin or any family member come help when I had to haul cases of water up the steps to use for my babies formula and for us to drink because they only supply 6 drinks per day which if you have two kids like I do. Most of that’s going towards formula and the rest like one bottle maybe can Ben juice for my son. So you have to spend money regardless. They contradict themselves. You can’t dave so much money because if you do they will say u have saved too much for a place and then your forced like I was to pay 300+ dollars for the room with a king bed (85$ a night). No dinner included no lunch included. Just the room. To remind you, these families are forever out their homes for various reasons. All their belongings are gone. They need to save for that too!

The front desk lady was very helpful when we arrived and the building was fairly clean. The room was a little dated but well taken care of which was the more important of the two aspects. No one bothered us, probably because we tried not to bother anyone else. Enjoyable stay for sure though.

Very well maintained. My wife and I stayed here for 2 months during that time we had 1 issue with the plumbing. It could not be fixed that night so the very friendly staff moved us to a larger upgraded room. The restaurant is delicious and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a short or long stay.

Excellent service staff, housekeepers and front desk. The rooms are really clean, with a cozy atmosphere....subway Restaurant and circle k right across the street for quick food and convenience items...eg, milk, bread etc. Their beds are comfy and have matress and boxspring protection covers.
