I've been a patient of Dr. Pam Smith for over 5 years. She is very kind, caring and thorough. She takes the time to explain test results and alternative solutions.

My only critique is that it was a bit tough to find (it is opposite the Tim Hortons), aside from that, a really great massage! Carmen was fantastic, and everyone was nice. Felt clean and safe, masks were required throughout. Definitely recommend!

Decided to book an impromptu massage day-of, and the receptionist was super friendly and told me there was availability within the next hour. She also let me know of their special promo pricing for massages, which was an incredible deal for a 1 hr massage!Vanessa was my masseuse and she did a fantastic job! She maintained excellent pressure throughout, and my stiff back certainly feels less sore now!The clinic is a bit outdated, and could probably use a renovation. Walls are thin and you can hear everything in the reception area, but the service is outstanding, and I will definitely return and would highly recommend!

I came to this centre for some physical problems and I came out of the Wellness Centre as new.Carmen is amazing, she is so professional and friendly. Her hands are magnificent. I really recommend this Centre.Thank you so much I will come back soon!

I was given a Groupon voucher for a full body massage and it was amazing! Carmen did a great job and I would highly recommend her. It’s a small clinic in the mall but service was friendly and prices were reasonable. I have already recommended the clinic to my friends that are feeling stressed, it really helped

Horrendous customer service. Front desk lady is incredibly rude. Their phone ALWAYS goes straight to voicemail and their voicemail is ALWAYS full to top it off they don’t answer their emails or contact form on website. There is also no way to book a relaxation massage on their website. I think this is a scam so that they don’t let people use their groupons or let them cancel their massages. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy but there is absolutely no way to get a hold of them unless you literally go down there, find the hard to find expensive parking and then there might not even be a front desk person there. It’s absolutely infuriating and mind blowing!! They will also tell you that you have the wrong number or wrong email or wrong website but they are lying!!! They are very sneaky

I had an excellent reflexology experience with Eric (courtesy of Groupon).From the first touch (strong skilled hands), you can tell Eric knows what he's doing.Aside from being friendly, Eric is also studying Chinese medicine, so his knowledge goes beyond the massage world.The room I was in had no ambiance, but the business has a new owner, so maybe that will improve.

I had an incredible massage here with Tuan. I really recommend giving Harbor Wellness a try, and ask for Tuan!For others who may be visiting for the first time, the entrance is on the right side of the complex in 555 w hastings if you are looking north. There is a tim hortons and then the plaza entrance to the right, the door to Harbor Wellness is just right under the sign saying Food court and shops.

Does not respond to emails. Wrote to them 3 times in over 1 month for availability to book an appointment as their website doesn't offer online booking for relaxation massage. Tried calling their office, no response. They do not respond to clients. - To confirm I used their website contact us" form - maybe that should be fixed if it hasn't shown up in your inbox. Or maybe post your email address on your website."
