I’ve been going to this location from the past 2 years now and I’ve always been really satisfied with the service. But I don’t know what happened today. Me and my friend visited around 8pm on 19th November and the person who attended us was extremely rude. I don’t usually put bad reviews as I know how much work we have to put in customer service. I’ve myself been working in the food industry from past several years and I know that customers can be sometimes a little too hard to handle. Therefore, we know how to treat the employees with respect. I don’t know why this server was mad, but she was literally throwing the sub and the receipt on the table. She acted way too upset to see us when we first came in and we were the only ones in the entire store. Maybe she was new or maybe just not happy to see a customer. I don’t know what it was but it definitely would stop me and my friend from coming here when she’s working for quite a while now.

Absolutely terrible experience! I’ve been to this subway a few times and each time it’s gotten worse and worse. Although I like to give places a second chance, I think this last one has ruined it for me. The staff were not very friendly and it looked like they wanted you gone. When I gave them a coupon from the mail, they gave it back and said that has to go through the app. First time hearing about this, especially because it does not say anything on the coupon about that. Would highly recommend not coming here.

I went today to get food in evening but staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.It was really frustrating for me. I’m never going back and I will tell others as well to not go.

Terrible experience here! There were just 2 orders ahead of me but I was waiting for 20-25 mins! How can you are supposed to wait that long in the subway? That only one employee acted like Sloths that were showing her dancing skill? The time today was April 27, 2023, 4:45 pm. Why do you get hourly money like that easy?

Brutal, shorted on meat, skimpy on the veggies and a river of sauce. Worst Sub I’ve had at a Subway in a long long time. Pathetic that they even ask for a tip with food prep that bad. Waste of money stay away.

Years ago I had my worst ever customer service experience at this location - but they have changed something in recent years and fixed what was wrong. Clean restaurant, friendly staff and the typical standard one would expect at Subway.

Went there for lunch today around 12:30. Only one staff member working. Shame on management, but thos worker, she was amazing. Getting everything right, treating people great, deserving of a huge raise. Very impressive employee.
