Had a great experience. We got an honest quote for the size of sofa we have. They came in, gave me an honest expectation of the results because of the light color, and exceeded that expectation. I will definitely be calling when I'm ready to do more furniture and carpets. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, Ricks wife showed up to clean the carpet, quoted $89.95. When she came to clean she showed up with a 1985 Kirby vacuum and a old shampooer which caused much concern. The carpet was not deodorized as promised and the price increased to $170.00. Rick was called with the concerns and hung up then no return calls. Obviously fly by night and no plans of a long term commitment . BBB has been notified . Hopefully they go out of business without delay.

Excellent cheerful , fast, professional service. The ingrained dust was first removed with a powerful vacuum and my and the dark marks were then washed from my Berber stair carpets. The carpet was slightly damp but the central heating should dry it within a day. As a bonus, Bernadette grabbed the snow shovel on her way in and cleaned a wide path from her van to the front door!I as extra impressed by the service and results because a few years ago I had arranged for a different company to clean the carpet and when I returned from work. Assumed that they had not come. However, my daughter assured me that they had been and that she had paid them for the cleaning. I was most unhappy as the stairs appeared to be as soiled as when I had gone out earlier that day.Rick at Bubbles and Suds staid that Berber carpets are especially hard to clean but that his company has the necessary equipment, training and experience to do a good job cleaning Berber.Thanks, Bubbles and Suds and, especially, Bernadette. Great service! There were a lot of pet stains on our furniture but now they are in much better condition. No more smells! Everything looks very clean.The only thing that detracts from a 5-star review is that the price did change from what was quoted, though perhaps that was miscommunication on our part.Every interaction was pleasant and I am pleased with the result.

DO NOT use this rip off Company. If there was a zero that is what I would choose. I called Bubbles and Suds to discuss and schedule to have my couch cleaned. Rick scheduled for March 22 at 4:30 pm his wife Bernadette came and cleaned and once it dried she only did the front of the couch no sides or back, many spots missed it didn't look like it was done at all. I paid $20 for deodorizer and she used 3 sprays, front of couch still didn't look like it was done nor did it smell like it had been done deodorized could have used Febreeze for $3 and got better results.I called Rick back and said I was not happy with the job and that I paid to have a whole couch cleaned not just the front. He said he would come back April 1st at 9 am to do it again. I moved my things and waited for him to come, by 10 am I called him and said where are you, he gave the excuse family matters, I said well you could have called me to let me know and he said I forgot. He said he would call me right back with his schedule to book it again. I have not heard a word back from him since. I DO NOT recommend anyone use this shady company total rip off.
