Would give 0 stars, but due to MARY/owner, and not the team (which is otherwise ok, or at least Viki and David, despite their late replies). All 'Platinum Edge' care about is making the sale.Rude, will interrupt you, try to lower your pay expectations - all they care about is placing you and making profit. Act like they know YOUR industry better than you. (no!)The job and employer presented were not worth it, after all that trouble. Just giving a warning to others as I wish I had NEVER worked with them. It's like going to a flea market version of recruiters. They made me go into their office, unnecessarily, during COVID, despite my initial objection and then wasted half my day because they couldn't find the questions they 'needed' to ask.EDIT: same as the other reviewer mentioned, they ask ILLEGAL questions about marriage/kids, etc. NOT because they care about you BUT because the employer won't do it, but Platinum Edge will!Steer clear, stick with the pros/big names who know what they are doing and have a DATABASE, not just a list of 'current jobs' to fill with employers who can't keep people.Absolutely unprofessional and rude while pretending to be 'real' and 'authentic'

I applied to a position through this company months back. I was emailed to have a phone interview for it and moments before I was emailed by David that said I did not meet the requirements. Strange. David was not the person who contacted me for the interview and when they called me the woman didn't know what was going on. David said I didn't have experience with certain tools because it wasn't on my resume. What am I supposed to do? List off all the tools I have worked with in my life on a resume? I could go on for pages. I feel this company lacks in professionalism as well as communication with each other and their clients. Not to mention, David still sends me annoying invites through ziprecruiter for the same position even months later.

I have had the best experience dealing with platinum edge especially Viki. She helped find me a new career and made sure my personality mixed well with a great company. Viki genuinely cared about me made me feel great !
