We are EXTREMELY happy with Junior's workmanship! We needed to have brick mortar replaced along the side of our house, and are so pleased with how seamless the end result looks. Junior was very professional, courteous and prompt. We HIGHLY recommend BRIKZ CONSTRUCTION!!

I felt compelled to write an excellent review. I had a horrible experience the first time that I delt with this other construction company they took my money and ran off. I was reffered from a family member to this gentleman than was very professional and didnt try and take advantage of my lack of construction knowledge. I walked him through my house and showed him my vision. He recommeded an affordable way of doing it and did all the work that we wanted and the best part of all they cleaned up after all the masonary work was done. That is key in the type of work they do. Most contruction companies leave a big mess. Not to mention my vision was completed and me and my wife were more that thankful. Thanks brikz contruction. Junior helped me with a small but important brick demolition project to help reshape a traditional wood burning fireplace to a more modern shape for a gas insert. From the moment I met him, he was pleasant, fair and professional and most importantly had a plan to execute the job. It was evident to me that he works hard and he worked efficiently hauling and disposing all of the construction debris making life a little less hectic for me. I would highly recommend Junior at Brickz Construction. If I could give a 10-star rating, I would! We recently had water coming out of the opening of our family room’s fireplace after a heavy rain, and the water was pooling on the hardwood floor. Not knowing what the problem could be—possibly cracks in the chimney’s cement crown, missing caulking around the flues, cracked bricks in the chimney, cracks in the mortar, rusted flue-caps for the gas fireplace or hot water tank, worn shingles near the fireplace, or issues with the flashing around the chimney—I decided to start by calling a chimney mason. Brickz Construction had consistent 5-star reviews, and now I know why. I called Junior late in the day, and he was at our house the next day. At this first visit, he did a visual inspection of our chimney from the ground. Junior was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. He asked questions, and answered all of my questions. However, because our chimney looked to be in excellent shape, and we shouldn’t have water pouring from our fireplace during a heavy rain, he decided to inspect the chimney from the top. I was very impressed with Junior’s safety commitment! He said that he never uses a ladder, and only works with scaffolding. He came back a few days later and erected his scaffolding, he inspected the chimney, and he took pictures so he could show me what he considered the problem to be. It turns out that our chimney is in great condition, but the chimney flashing was done incorrectly by the roofing company when our shingles had been replaced. Junior recommended that I call a roofer to replace and improve the flashing. Imagine my surprise when Junior refused to take any money for this estimate because it’s his policy to give free estimates! He ended up not needing to do anything to our chimney, so he didn’t charge me. Wow! Junior is the type of contractor I wish I could deal with all of the time…honest, easy-going, knowledgeable, and he doesn’t try to take advantage of customers. Thank you, Junior!

Junior is very professional, polite, experienced, efficient and fair. He listens to his clients needs and aims to please. One of the nicest professionals I've ever dealt with, ...and there has been many. He helped me with an emergency repair that was not a quick fix. Two walls, brick and cinder block.
