We rented a studio from Nina for approximately 4 months. She did a good job and was easy to deal with. However, it is important to warn renters that you will get a fraction of your security deposit back. We left our unit spotless including stove, oven, refrigerator, floors ...everything. I was expecting to get a bill for cleaning of approximately 2 hours max. I was shocked to see that $350.00 dollars was taken out of our security deposit for 6.5 hours of cleaning. I understand that due to Covid there may be extra attention needed to a unit but 6.5 hours after a unit is spotless? I complained to Nina who told me I was lucky as most one bedroom and 2 bedroom places charge $750.00 for cleaning!!!! Nina also kept telling me that we should be grateful that she had to come out to our house to pick up a fob. What is she saying? How does this have anything to do with the cleaning fee? Just wanted to write this to warn people.

I hired then known as Harcourts property management (March 2022) to put a tenant in place, they quickly did but unfortunately the tenant was major headaches and accused of illicit activities, not paying rent, and other serious allegations raised by strata, the tenant provided false documentation/ references, employment letters which were accepted by Harcourts.All in all a nightmare of a journey and not pleased that we put trust in a reputable company. Would not recommend.

Nina and the team at Harcourts were wonderful helping us get settled in our new home. She made the transition easy, was always responsive and eager to solve any issues swiftly and efficiently. It's evident that our family's comfort and well being was always being considered.

Nina and her team are the best rental agents in Vancouver hands down! As a realtor, I often require rental homes for my clients or need an investment property rented and Nina is always on the ball. Recently, I had to rent my own investment condo and within a couple days the photos were taken, the ad was posted and she had a team professionally clean it for the viewings she had lined up. After the first showings, she had a one year contract signed for above market rent! I can’t say enough about Nina and would recommend her to anyone of my clients or friends.
