Blue Morris Guitar Lessons

I will recommend Blue to anyone that wants to learn to play guitar. I had taken guitar lessons before and Blue by far is the best, I couldn’t play any song before I started taken lessons with Blue and from the very first day I was able to play a whole song with him, that by it self helped me with my confident, which is another quality of him, he not only boost my confident, but also made me understand that I was gonna make mistakes and that I had to be patient with myself.Today I can play several songs and I’m having a great time playing.

I have been taking guitar lessons from Blue for around 8 months now. As a music student that has been taught by many teachers in the past on different instruments, Blue is one of the best teachers I have ever had.Blue breaks down the basics of how to play the guitar into simple and clear steps, and highlights one or two things that are the most important for you to remember at the beginning - so that you never feel overwhelmed. He then builds upon the foundation very seamlessly. I knew nothing about playing a guitar prior to lessons and now I can play bar chords, play different styles of songs including picking, and have learnt over two dozen songs, due to his well-rounded teaching style. You never feel like you are learning music theory, it is always so seamlessly inserted into how he teaches you. He is always encouraging and is very patient even when he has to show me the same thing more than a few times!Blue has a remarkable voice and a wide knowledge of the music genre, but my favourite aspect about him is that he is a great source of inspiration to his students as he has many creative outlets from playing guitar, singing and recording his own album, to writing. As a skilled guitarist that performs as much as he teaches, Blue is truly dedicated to his work - as a teacher, a musician, and an artist. Plus, he has the cutest dog in the world!

I had owned a guitar and enjoyed learning on my own for about 15 years before I decided to take some lessons to improve my playing. I tried a handful of different teachers before settling on Blue and looking back I made a great choice. I have more enthusiasm than natural ability and Blue has always been able to break things down in a way that makes them accessible to my skill level. He has always been patient, professional and accommodating. If I bring specific things to work on he will tackle those with me and is always ready with suggestions if I don't. Working with Blue has improved my playing immensely and allowed me to really enjoy the process at the same time. I've had a couple of guitar teachers in my guitar journey. I feel that I finally found a teacher that can lead me to the promise land of guitar nirvana. Blue Morris really listens to what your guitar goals are and guides you throughout the lesson. He provides homework for you to work on during the week that pertains to your lesson. I've been using Zoom as my medium to take lessons with him and it's been great. I've tried using YouTube to learn guitar but having a professional to give instant feedback is everything.

I drive an hour each way to spend an hour with this fabulous instructor! On top of being an incredible guitarist, as an instructor, Blue is relaxed, knowledgeable, and patient. He is able to clearly articulate the lessons. I highly recommend him... I have NEVER left a lesson disappointed!

Blue is a fantastic teacher. He is patient, kind, very professional and I am looking for my next class every week.I began to study music when I was a very young kid, in the strict environment of a Music School and I completely lost the joy of playing music for 20 years!Slowly, with Blue's benevolence and his great sense of humor, I am getting back on it. I have been learning electric guitar from Blue for almost half a year. And I have had an amazing experience. Not only he is extremely knowledgeable, but also very good at teaching. I had tried to learn from online sources before, but starting learning from Blue was when real progression began. Highly recommend to anyone who wanna improve guitar skills.

If you want to learn guitar, Blue's your guy. I've always wanted to learn guitar, but never really pulled the trigger on it until last year. I found Blue through google search. I was a little hesitant at first, but after the first lesson I realized how talented and skilled Blue was at teaching guitar. He was also very patient, which was an asset especially for me, since on day 1 I knew nothing about the guitar. 1 year later, and I am able to play some of my favourite hits from pure memorization. I am also able to read, tab, etc. I recommend Blue to all levels of guitar skill, he's great!
