Got poutine and was hardly any gravy but filled with other sauces . Frd got chivken wrap which was custom for him. Place was not clean nor tidy . Staff was friendly so 2 star for that.

Just grabbed dinner with the family and I must say that this has been a horrible experience for me. The rice was under cooked. All of my sauce was all over my falafels so I couldn't even get any on my rice for flavor. And who in their right mind smashes falafels after they're finished cooking?

I don’t know what happened to the quality of Lazeez stores. I paid almost 13$ for a medium chicken half and half and this what I got. I collected all the chicken on the top and it’s not even a proper share.Guys, I am not paying you money to feed me only rice. You really need to understand that a CHICKEN shawarma needs CHICKEN. The worst part is that their glass top is so dirty that you can’t even see how much portion of chicken they’re putting because then they load it up with generous sauce (not complaining about the sauce) and you don’t even see the chicken.I hope the owner sees this and responds back because the girl who served me was absolutely not bothered about the service. You get your inventory from the suppliers not from your own home that you have to ration on the chicken portion and give loads of rice.

I would give 5 star to the food but less than zero star if there is an option to customer service given by student girls( I won’t name) who expedite the food. They have no sense of customer service and communication. Please have some professionals who can break through the results and bring your business on top. Good Customer service should be the first priority.

I ordered mixed salad with chicken. Salad except lettuce and olives. She just picked my sauces too. I hate garlic but I let it go as it’s end of day all I want is to enjoy my dinner. After going home while eating I noticed mostly only onions in my salad and I went back and asked for manager or supervisor one girl came and talked to me and told her only onions in the salad. She told me to wait for 10 minutes for them to prepare again so I waited in my car and came back for my food. I thrown old food which has only onions in garbage near cashier. Then when I came back for my order with mix salad not onion salad, the girl who prepared my ordered so weirdly picked up garbaged food and showing me same order and asked me take that food back. I feel like they don’t deserve even 1 star worst service. And they don’t even have name badges thats another worst customer service. When I asked for manager they are so ridiculous answer. I really wish Ontario government actually inspect these kind of work place staff for improper training.

Be careful when going to this location. Food poisoning is quite common due to their cooking practices. Raw and cooked meat are side by side. This is seen at night so they may have different standards during the day. Just be careful.

Great falafel wraps that are pretty close to actual middle-east falafels. Dine-in ambience is so-so, which is why I always prefer doing take-out.Edit: March 2023Prices have climbed up a bit- $30 for 3 Veg Wraps. Quality is now a bit questionable. We had their Veg Falafel wraps to-go, one had 1 line, and the other two had 2 lines of hot sauce. However, we had a small case of food poisoning, throwing-up and a bad stomach all of the next day, and when we went in to address it, we were told we weren't the first complaint. Although the staff aren't really in control, I thought it best to ensure I wrote this as a heads-up to anyone reading this.

I tried the shawarma for the first time and I just didn’t like it. It was really not good the falafel balls were to hard and a weird flavour and the sauces were I don’t know what. I am really grateful and thankful for staff’s cooperation but the shawarma is not good really. It is flavourless and I really didn’t like it. I hope you guys improve more on sauces and flavours.

The people who work here have a very hard time understanding each other and are in conflict with each other. Looks like none of them are happy with what they are doing. The lady who took my order was also a rude indian lady and finally after 28 mins my order was ready and it wasn’t edible. The chicken was still not cooked. The customer that they are getting everyday are not their previous long term customers but are their new customers just trying for their first time.In order to fix this all, they need to hire people who can work with each other
