Ottawa Camping Trailers

I’ve called about 5 other places but decided to go with Ottawa Camping Trailers (OCT) because of the reasonable quote and professionalism that Jason demonstrated over the phone. And they were able to meet my crazy deadline. THAT was one of the BEST decisions ever!Jason, from the service team, was very helpful with all my questions and took care of everything that I needed done including a rare install. The work he did was meticulous, exactly how I wanted and worthy of recognition. He also took the time and went above and beyond to look for parts and ideas for me, which I really appreciate. Very satisfied with our experience. We purchased as Quebec residents and they took care of all the paperworks and even took it in Gatineau for the mechanical inspection. It saved us so much trouble. The demo was great and people working there are very friendly and helpful. We will come back for sure when we want to upgrade our travel trailer. Highly recommend!

Bought in the fall and had an easy going experience overall. Service was great on pick-up helping with truck issues I wasn't aware of. Trustworthy friendly environment. I would recommend them to first time trailer owners.

Great experience shopping there. Adam the sales rep was very helpful and not pushy at all. Very informative staff including the solar techs. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to get help with your purchase.

Just starting our search for an RV. Stopped here to view a couple of the class C motorhomes. Salesman was very knowledgeable and happy to show us what they had on the lot. He didn't pressure us and let us look around at our pace.

I do not recommend Ottawa Camping to anyone wishing to purchase a trailer. Twenty four hours after delivery i noticed water on the floor many times behind the toilet, plus the fridge freezes or defrosts, no happy medium. I contacted this company but you either bring your trailer in for repair or pay $350 service call to your lot as i am permanently in a campground. I refuse to pay the $350 as this is their flaw and I should have received the trailer in good working condition. I am disputing this one time service call only as the trailer is brand new and should not have issues right now. Therefore it is up to me to fix both but want to say that if I wanted a leak in my trailer, I would have kept my old one. This will go to BBB plus contemplating on contacting consumer alert with Pat Foran from CTV NEWSResponse...... not paying $350 service call for OTC flaws......how long to wait for someone who comes here????? I am a new customer so why should I wait?

Highly Recommended! Love the family atmosphere of this business, and the decor inside is neat! We were also told they are the oldest RV store in all of Ottawa! We bought a pre-owned 26' Aruba trailer and dealt with Karen. She was kind, caring and took care of us, a real joy to deal with. She showed us many trailers and was enthusiastic about our interest! We also were able to get all the extras we needed right at the time we bought the trailer as they have a huge parts and accessories dept. We highly recommend Ottawa Camping Trailers.

I had ordered a part for my trailer. Jason the fellow there was so helpful and understanding of the urgency of my situation & solved it quickly and I've never had such an excellent exchange with any company yet.Great place to deal with , great staff.
