I cannot say enough about Natasha and her staff at Valley Suds n' Stays, formally known as House n' Hound. I feel like I won the lottery when I found these wonderful people! I have used this top-notch service several times over the the past few months. Their level of professionalism and quality towards what they do has always surpassed my (high)expectations. I'm relatively new to the vacation property rental game and admittedly made a few scheduling errors along the way. On very short notice, Natasha literally had the attitude of how can we fix this, even if it meant dropping her personal plans to get the job done. This is one company that truly gets the customer does come first...even when it's not her error. Natasha and the sudsn’ stays team have been an absolute godsend for us and the rental community in the Columbia valley. Having owned a short term rental unit for over 10 years in Radium we have been through quite a few management companies that never seemed to hold up to our customers expectations.
