I've been here a few times and it's been mediocre, I've gone for manicures and pedicures because the location is convenient. After today I will not be going back.I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and after waiting a few minutes a lady came out from the back and told me to go with her. After she waxed my eyebrows I felt what I thought might be pencil, but I didn't react right away because maybe it was one of those brushes they use to get everything cleaned up. After a minute I opened my eyes and said I had only asked for a wax. She brought the lady from the front to explain to me that she was helping me because my eyebrows were so fair. She had pencilled them in nice and dark for me. I did not ask for this, and it is incredibly unprofessional to apply makeup to someone who did not request it and when you don't know how their skin will react to it. I never colour my eyebrows in right after a wax because my skin does not react well to it and I end up with bumps for days. Had the lady bothered to ask, she would have known I wasn't interested.

I would’ve rated -5 if I could. I booked an appointment but I ended up being 15 minutes late, due to traffic. I did call to say that I was going to be late. When I got there, two out of three of the employees were being very rude. One of the ladies even made me leave and come back in 15 minutes, when I got back she was helping other people, which meant I was to wait another 15-30 minutes. The other employee in the store actually apologized, because the others were being that out of hand. My nails are horrible, where usually when I got there they’re great. Which goes to show that was probably on purpose. Save yourself the money and just don’t go.

The lady who did my nails was Sara, she was really sweet!! she also did waxing for me. Sara is a very caring woman and was not in a rush to get it done and over with but took her time and paid attention to every detail. Thank you Sara!

I absolutely love this nail salon! They ve done the best job on my nails that I've ever had. The ladies working pay attention to every little detail with your nails and give an excellent hand massage when your are finished. I won't go anywhere else for now on! Pricing is a bit more than other places but it's worth the extra money. I rate this salon 5 out of 5.

Friendly, professional service with reasonable prices.Waxing was so quick it was completely painless. Mani and pedi were excellent too.

Love getting my nails done here. Location is convenient after groceries are done and the wait is short if you haven't booked an appointment. They don't try to up-sell you on a bunch of other services like other nail salons.

Ladies there are nice enough, unfortunately the quality of work is not that great. I went with my mom and sister to get a pedicure and everything was very inconsistent. My mom didn't get the sugar scrub, I did but it was only like 15 seconds, the woman put it on and the immediately rinsed it off. My sister's legs got massaged for over 5 minutes where my mom and I received 1 minute at the most. Now that I am back home and my feet are fully dry I am noticing that my heels are rougher than before I went in. I think the main issue here is that they try too hard to accommodate walk-ins and essentially rush through people who actually took the time to book an appointment. I wouldn't go back again or recommend this place to anyone.

Enjoyed the service I received. I told the nail technician exactly what I wanted and she did a phenomenal job! Would definitely come here again.

Really upset about my experience here today. The lady completely rushed my nails. I walked in asking if they could do acrylics. Simple one colour with a small design. Only one of my hands were shaped nicely. The other looks really sloppy and jagged and there are dents and black hairs within the polish that I can not remove, I only noticed these when I got home and put them under brighter light. The colours don’t match the inspo at ALL. And she blamed me saying they didn’t have the colour. If it wasn’t possible for them to do. I would have just appreciated them telling me to choose something different from the very start. Now I’m sitting with nails that upset me whenever I look at them.
