Paid $121.00 for a tragus piercing with titanium jewelry on June 23, 2022 and the jewelry fell out. I call Paul and ask if he could put it back in for me and he says it will cost $40.This is disappointing as I have had a bunch of piercings here and have even brought clients in.I will NOT be returning to this place.Reply:Regardless whether it's $30 or $40...it is the principal of good customer service. I have found a new amazing Tattoo/Piercing place that only charges $10 for placing the jewelry.

I got my nipple pierced by Paul today. The experience was great overall. He was very thorough, the shop was clean & he talked me through the steps. Paul was very kind and personable once we started chatting. I appreciate his ability to be professional yet easy going. Would recommend for sure!

i had my navel done here and it was a painless experience and i have had zero problems with the piercing or the piercer. the cleaner i was given to clean it is not good for piercings as i have seen and slows down the healing as it is for wounds like deep cuts, bites etc not piercings, though im happy i was given a cleaner im a little disappointed it wasn’t safe for my piercing. everything was very clean besides the building itself but the utensils were all clean and fine.replyi had spoken to others that had piercings done here and then mentioned their piercings wouldn’t heal using it and switched so saline which ever piercer in my experience has all recommended.i took the time to do research about the cleaner i was given and it says not to use ur for piercings as it can slow down the healing and cause irritation as it’s a disinfectant and won’t help the piercing heal with the harsh chemicals.

It’s way too late to put reviews. I had my nose pierced back in 2008 and I have a same nose pen and best nose piercing experience .. this was the third attempt he pierced my nose and perfectly fine no infection and I am still enjoying my nose pen after 15 years. I am looking forward to get another nose pin from him.. thanks

I was super excited to come here and get my nose pierced cause I saw such positive ratings, but left with very little excitement.When I got there I kept asking Paul questions about different rings that he had cause I had very little knowledge about nose piercings, but he just seemed irritated. I brushed it off cause I was excited and just went with the most affordable option that he showed me.I had no issues with the actual piercing he’s very clean and organized, and it was almost painless, however the ring (on the left) that was used to pierce my nose starting sinking into the hole. As you can see it’s a short nose ring compared to the one of the right which I purchased from a diff shopAnyways I ended up having to take the nose ring out as it left an awful look and I had no idea what to doI’m really disappointed with the whole experience

Overall a great experience. I had him re-pierce healed over nose piercings both nostrils. looks great, I'm pleased with his measurements and where he place the jewellery.. he's not joking about the almost painless and how he did it was far less painful then where I had them pierced previously by alot ..

Walked in wanting my eyebrow pierced, and walked out maybe 40 minutes latter with exactly what I asked for. He was very personable, professional, and the process was totally painless. Honestly can’t wait to get my tongue pierced by Paul… I hope he can find me a smiley face.
