RockWood Kitchens has transformed my kitchen from the 70's to the present! Even a small kitchen is a huge undertaking when it comes to renovating it so I was grateful to have an experienced designer to help me work everything out! Thank you Danielle for being so patient and accommodating from beginning to completion!My vision is now reality and I'm extremely happy that I chose RockWood Kitchens out of all of the Kitchen remodeling companies I visited throughout Barrie when researching before starting my renovation. None of the companies out there have better prices or higher quality cabinets! These handsome cabinets come with doors and drawers equipped with high end soft closures. The bianco sardo granite I chose looks great with the Beech Espresso cabinets!I love my new kitchen and everyone who visits my home or sees pictures is impressed too! Thank you RockWood team!

My husband and i had a wonderful experience dealing with Amy at Rockwood Kitchens, Barrie! Having our kitchen remodelled was the only enjoyable/stress free part of our home renovation thanks to Rockwood. Renovating during covid poses its challenges no doubt, but Rockwood was transparent and reliable start to finish. We had the pleasure of having installers John and Chris who were fantastic and very knowledgeable. Rockwood delivered and gave us our dream kitchen. Our neighbours got a Rockwood kitchen a year ago which was beautiful and I realized a kitchen was more attainable than I thought. So I contacted the Newmarket location and talked to Ann Haroon, the designer and started the process. Ann was kind and helpful and genuinely as excited as I was for my new kitchen. She came up with a fabulous design and showed me virtual pictures of what the kitchen would look like. She made the process easy and painless. Upon arrival of my cabinets, Chris took over as installer and was a pro carpenter and a pleasure to work with. As were Ly the counter pro and installers. Some of my lower cabinets were late due to pandemic delays and Ly measured our second counter with precision on Tuesday and the counter was here by Thursday ! Ann did everything in her power to have my kitchen 100% installed by Christmas and she delivered. She's probably the most pleasant and professional person I've worked with. Everything about our experience was positive and we're absolutely thrilled with our it. Thank you to everyone at Rockwood for my dream kitchen.

We purchase a 60 year old stone house recently which still had the original kitchen that was in need of a major update. We researched many kitchen providers in the Barrie area before deciding to go with Rockwood Kitchens. The cabinet boxes were very thick, high quality construction and the doors and drawers included soft close dampers. We selected an antique looking design that complimented the character of our home while still providing a modern feel and it was a perfect fit.Danielle was fantastic throughout the entire selection and purchase process. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and was extremely helpful with the design of our new kitchen. She provided many ideas that we would not have though of ourselves such as adding a large pantry for the much needed additional storage space. She also provided 2D and 3D renderings so we could visualize the end result.As you would expect, there were no straight walls in our kitchen and the ceiling was sagging in many areas. The installer was highly experienced and was able to custom fit our cabinets to the uneven areas so well that they are now very difficult to see which saved us thousands as we did not have to repair these areas before installing the cabinets. This process took longer than normal due to the custom fitting of the pieces but the end result was absolutely flawless.The overall cost for the materials and labour was very reasonable given the very high quality of both. We are property investors in Barrie and will certainly be using Rockwood Kitchens for future projects. Kelsie designed our kitchen a couple of years ago and coordinated the installation project till finished. It was a total 5 star experience beginning to end. I think she moved from the Vaughn location to Barrie, so I'm putting my long overdued review here instead.First off, Kelsie was a pleasure to work with. She attended to every design details, and was patient to listen to our feedback and made (many) adjustments until we were 100% satisfied. She even helped peacefully resolved idea differences between me and my wife - may be she can consider a side job as a marriage counselor too!The installation crew was top notch too. From the gentlement they sent to do detail final mesurement, to the installation contractor that Kelsie picked for us, and the Rockwood crew who did the countertop and final touchup. Everybody were courteous, professional, skillful, and most interestingly they all seem to say good things about Rockwood and their bosses and colleagues. That is refreshing - most often than lot you only hear workers complaining about their employer. But from contractors to employees, everyone seemed happy at Rockwood.The cabinet and countertop offers good quality and great value. We got almost every design feature that we wanted, at about 70% of the price of competitve quotes. On top of that, we got plywood constructions and solid wood panels. At first, we were a bit concerned about durability of the solid wood finish (the wood seems a bit softer/ligther than engineered wood), and we were warned that shaker style type panel will eventually develop gaps in the joint in solid wood. But two years later, I am happy to report that everything held up very well. There were minimal, if any, gaps between the wood joints. The white finish turned out to be durable, easy to clean. We haven't noticed any yellowing during to UV exposure (we have LOTS of direct sunlight in the kitchen). The other benefit of the white color, is that it's extremely easy to touch up and repair. The Rockwood crew even spent some time showing me how to use filler and touch up paint to repair minor dents and scratches. The procedure they taught me proofed useful and I was able to do repairs myself with great success.*An additional note is the Rockwood is adapt working in CONDO's. Other contractors I used have problem providing insurance and worker-comp certificates required by my condo HOA. But Rockwood produced all tha paperwork instantly. The crew are also very careful moving large boxes and equipment through elevators and tight hallways.All in all a great experience, and we are in the process of starting another project with Rockwood.

I recently had the pleasure of working with this company and specifically with Erin as the designer, to design and quote the kitchen for my new house, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. Erin's attention to detail and expertise demonstrated throughout the process was truly invaluable. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and worked tirelessly to ensure that the kitchen design would meet all of my requirements. Thank you!

I recently used RockWood Kitchens Barrie for a complete kitchen overhaul. Megan was my designer. She was very creative with the design, open to my feedback and changes, solutions-oriented and patient throughout the entire process, which put my mind at ease during a time that can be extremely stressful. During the installation process, Damian always consulted with me and provided options before proceeding with the install. He was very knowledgeable and provided his opinion, based on his years of experience. when requested. He was very pleasant and always kept the space tidy. I highly recommend RockWood Kitchens and the Barrie team!

This is the second time I've used RockWood Kitchens and I'm as impressed and happy as ever! My designer was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The installer was professional, tidy and his attention to detail was top-notch! And the product and value is exceptional. I loved my first kitchen. I love my second kitchen even more.
