Auto Dr Stratford The

I took my car here to get some clunking in the rear of my car diagnosed. They had tightened some brake components and recommended I replace my rear shocks. Well the noise is still there, and now I’m stranded far from home because these people couldn’t have been bothered to mention that my rear shock replacement didn’t even come with shock mounts. Well given the mileage and age of my car it shouldn’t be too surprising that my shock mounts broke and left me stranded. However, how could these hacks not even recommend replacing an old part that they have to take off to replace the shocks anyway! The stealership may have charged more, but they would have at least done the job right. They actually include shock mounts with their rear shock replacement. I do not recommended these hacks, please avoid.

I took my car to Auto Doctor about a noise in the front left of what I thought might be my suspension, as well as to have my winter tires put on and an oil change. A dealership in town told me the noise was my rack having to be replaced for $1700. When I asked Auto Doctor he couldn't find a crack, and after he changed my tires he took it for a test drive and the noise had gone away. Auto Doctor saved me $1700 for a repair that didn't even need to be done. I will now always go to Auto Doctor!

used to be great not sure what happend. I booked my classic car in for an appointment and had office girl note mechanic had to come help get it started as it was an ignition replacement. booked it all in for a friday nobody showed up nobody called me car still sitting weeks later.?????
