The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. They help you with payments to make it as easy as possible for you to make them. The lady's who run the jewelry counter are just lovely, and helped me find sunglasses for my husband and put them on layaway so I could afford to get them for him. Hands down the best pawnshop I've ever used.

Love the crews that work at this store. They are personable and understanding and 90% of the time are full of smiles...

I purchased a compound bow from these folks sight unseen. The staff was friendly and quick to reply to my questions. The item was above my expectations.I would absolutely recommend this store and will no doubt deal with them in the future.

I came in wanting to look at their items and see what I could do with pawning some old game systems of mine, but won't return. I stepped in, made eye contact with the two ladies at the register and said hello and got no response. Actually they both went into the back room and stayed there the whole time I was there, so I doubt your really dismissive responses to other reviewers comments. So I took a look around at their items and wasn't greeted by any employee. The store was also acrowded mess with overpriced items - $700 for just an old soundbar? Over a year ago I bought a new soundbar and subwoofer for $250. I'll take my chances with ebay and will just avoid pawn shops. The only pawn is the customer

I had a loan I took out against merchandise made a quick 2 minute phone call and was made aware of the 7 day policy if going past the 30 day marker.The individual I dealt with was very well versed explained that there would be a meager 1% additional fee.Also in formed me that I could make installment payments to lower the loan amount.Would definetly recommend doing your business here. Have dealt with shops in the past that had very shady practices.This company very transparent and clear.

I was cleaning up some storage boxes and came across my wedding ring, I was surprised to see as i have been divorced for over a decade. I have never pawned anything, so complete N00b walking in, I was expecting a low ball offer, which I would have accepted just to be rid of that piece of jewelry tieing me to that horrible time. I was greeted by a staff member, who offered me 2x what I thought i was going to get! He explained how it all works and made the experience very pleasant!

I have been going to this store for quite a few years now and they always have a wide variety of very good quality merchandise and great prices! The staff always make you feel welcome, comfortable and are very outgoing! You can always expect great service, whether you’re there to buy or pawn the employee’s are always happy to help and will go above and beyond for their customers!
