Pontoon Boat Rentals - Sandbanks

The people were great, everything was on time, and the boats were awesome.Weeks afterwards though, myself AND my in-laws both realized that we hadn't been refunded 1000$ of our deposit.I'm not sure if this was a scam, or how many other people this has happened to, so be careful, and check your credit cards.

we rented a boat from that company two months ago during our stay in Sandbanks for the afternoon and the overall experience was great. The staff provided usefull information since we're not from the area and prices were fair.

The review has been edited to reflect the truth, instead of just wrongfully throwing insults at the owner in a previous review. They never respond to their phone calls. On their voicemail message they say that they are open for 2021 season and tell you to book online through their website. So I booked. After booking and making the payment online, me and my family drove 3 hours to get there only to get an email after we arrive that the reservation is cancelled. Even though the boats were ready to go on the dock, there was no one to be seen on the property. I politely asked around someone on a house within the property where the owner of the boat was and all I got was a rude response from a lady telling me to get off the property. If they are not allowing reservations due to covid, they should not say on their voicemail message that they are taking reservations and they should not allow anyone to pay for boat reservations on their website, just to cancel the reservation later on. The provincial govt has said that boats and marinas can operate, most other rental services are available in the area. Just this one was closed to the public.

Rented Pontoon Boat for the afternoon. What a nightmare. A mile away from the docks, the boat kept stalling. After 45 minutes, we finally made it to the sandbanks only to discover that the swim ladder was broken and our adults had a terrible time getting back in the boat. Trying to get back, we ended up having to be towed in after a 30 minute wait. The mechanic who came out admitted that they knew the boat had a stalling problem. At the beach, the family had to use their portable toilets which were absolutely filthy. Never again!!!!!

We had the 8 seater pontoon for 6 hours and we loved it. Definitely will come back to rent for longer hours and days.

There was some mixup with the booking timings and they did what they could to make it work in the end, very accommodating and made sure all went well. My group of 8 had an amazing time and were all very happy things worked out.

Worst , Worst. Want to give 0 stars, staff is very rude ...waste of money ...i took tickets for 3 kids for water nobody knows swimming including me...asked for help to go to ride in the park..one of the girl in staff said its my responsibility to help my kid...i said i dont know swimming ...response was careless...ok fine.None of us entered into the water at that time , i asked for refund, she said no refunds..waste of 60 dollars....again worst worst....

This place was amazing! Sadly under staffed, poor guy was run off his feet doing everything but inflatables was amazingly fun! If I were to give a 5th star it would be to update the wooden planks when you pay, remove the stones to make the family’s of those sitting in the picnic tables easier to enter the water. I also thing that a couple floats needed flipping back over and inflated. But super fun place! I will return next summer!

Worst excuse for a busniess. These people are very unprofessional. Canceled our reservation days before Canada Day with no replacement for our chosen time slot and boat. The reservation had been made over a week in advance. They think they are being accommodating by offering us a different time. If we wanted to see the sunset. We would have booked that time. Also no refund to be seen evem though they state it was processed. Do not waste your time and money on this place. If i could give them negative stars I would. You are better off going to Picton or another more reliable and professional business.
