Some businesses will thrive on their customer service alone. I've had 3 incredible experiences here in the past month, all with different employees. They approach with genuine energy and care and they even fixed an old pair of frames while I was having new ones fitted.Their email communications keep you up to date with your order's progress and my order came in earlier than estimated.Great overall experience, would highly recommend you check them out for your next pair.PS. Prices are great too.

Chadwick assisted during my visit to purchase new glasses. Excellent Customer Service! Did not have a particular frame in mind when I went- just wanted something different, and asked staff to pick out several frames for me to try on. Chadwick was very pleasant, helpful (giving commentary on the character of the frames), and attentive (without being pushy). In the end I got Sonia (black) and Imagine (brown) frames, mostly wearing the Sonia now.

Previously bought my glasses there and they took such good care of me.Unfortunately my glasses broke (my fault) so I booked an appointment to go and buy new ones.Chadwick helped me try on a bunch of new glasses for the sale and helped me compare sizes to my old glasses.They also made sure I was up to date on my prescription hahaAll the staff there were wonderful and super nice and helpful. Definitely a great experience!

Lots of frames to try on. I've tried some of the frames virtually, but it was still good to try them on in person. Sales associate provided opinions and helped me decide which frame to choose, and the ordering process was quick.

Exceptional care from Toronto Eaton’s Centre. I have never experienced such detailed and personalized care not only in choosing my glasses, but ensuring accurate measurements. The staff at this location are highly skilled and caring. My glasses are perfect. Highly recommend.

Chandni the optometrist was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the best frames for my face shape. She made the ordering process go smoothly and my glasses arrived on time with minimal adjustments needed. Give her a raise!

It was my 2nd BonLook glasses. I purchased it at eaton centre, staff were nice. But the quality problem disappointed me, the glasses was damaged, like part of coating fell off, which impact the vision. It happened probably after two months, unfortunately, it was not under the warranty. They cannot do anything. Btw, my first glasses from BonLook, used for two years, the glasses were still in good condition. I would not recommend anymore as the quality is not worth $400. :(

I bought and returned a pair of glasses with my Sunlife insurance, I have been out of country for a couple months, when I came back and went to get glasses from another company, came to find out BonLook never actually refunded my purchase back to Sunlife.I will never shop at BonLook again and I do NOT recommend them

Picked up my glasses today. I had a great experience this time around. A shout out to the sales staff who was helping me throughout this process. He was very personable and patient with me! Also explained everything very well, friendly and professional. Made the inherently stressful process of eyewear procurement actually enjoyable. Also, considering this location, the team were always calm, cool and collected. In essence, the experience was great. So much so that it was worthy of spending time writing a review.Pie

I went to Bonlook to get some new glasses, and Chadwick assisted me in finding some that fit my face. He also went above and beyond by showing me options that I could only find online. I had a fantastic experience while shopping there!
